Great customer service!

Needed an oil change, tire rotation, and an emissions test. From the man who greeted me as I drove in to the one who worked on my car and the one who checked me out I received great service. They kept me apprised of what was going on with my car, recommended needed services (cabin filters, battery) and were all around professional and very helpful. Other places I’ve been have always come back with costly “repairs” needed but each item we discussed were items that were overdue for service. I highly recommend the place and the employees. I will definitely be back.

Everything was fine. The guys were curtious and efficienct. I was in and out quickly. You might want a class on reminder sticker placement. I’m attaching a pic. It was stuck crooked in my line of site. Other than that things were fine.

I've been using this Jiffy Lube for many years. The technician that helped me was very friendly. The service was quick with no hassles.

They do their work to the fullest. Inspecting your vehicle upon arrival not simply to upsell you. But for your well being of knowing what’s going on with your vehicle. Excellent work done, will visit in the future.

I’m always treated really well when I go in. I feel like they are honest and don’t try to overcharge me, this time, however, I had a lot done. Premium oil change, tires rotated, filters changed and new premium wiper blades. I had a $26 coupon and was told the wiper blades were 2/$40. I thought the amount I was charged seemed high but since I had so much done didn’t check. When I got home I saw that they charged me $40/wiper blade. So tht was an overage of $40. I’m hoping it was an honest mistake and that wasn’t over charged on anything else. They are quick and efficient, I was just a little disappointed this time.

I was the first customer right after they opened. All three gentlemen were very kind & respectful and offered superior customer service!

I went today and everyone that helped me were very kind and did not try to upsell me anything. As a lady, I hate to get my oil changed but they were very polite it made the experience pleasant. I also received a free car wash.

Very fast. Deducted one star because the girl who checked me in kept saying I needed an oil change but I had only driven 1000 miles since they changed it. This was for a state inspection on a 2 year old car. Math not her strength.

READ to the bottom First Oil change since I have gotten my 2007 Tacoma (bought it used at 100K miles). So I didn't know what to expect on it.... Everything checked out good on it, they asked before they did anything mechanical. Vacuumed out the inside Cleaned the windows Changed the oil and oil filter Added some coolant Added wiper fluid Power Steering fluid xchange and a few other tid bits. I will be going back! They were quick, helpful and even gave a free car wash at BayBright! I didn't have to wait around and they knew how to drive a Manual Transmission. 6/18/15: I was curios to see if they did the cabin filter..... The paperwork said they checked (OK was next to it) it but I did not believe that when I popped the glove box off.... First a biker bar koozi popped out (Never have seen it in my life) then when I got to the actual air filter door I opened it up. Leafs came out, Leafs! The filter was nasty (ICKY).... I am the only one in that uses my Tacoma (remember I bought it at 100K miles in 2015). I think I will do my own Oil changes from now on unless I am crunched on time. Jiffy lube # 1895, not sure if I will be coming back.... The guy that helped me out was extremely nice so hopefully this was just a mistake.
