Excellent and fast service!

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube in the area!! I’ve been to other locations that either turned me away, sent me somewhere else, or did the bare minimum, but this team goes above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, they’re thorough and truly take their time to make sure everything is done right. Shout out to Randa and Gabe!

My Honda Civic was leaking oil due to the incompetent service department at Gillman Honda San Antonio. When I brought my car here they immediately discovered that Gillman Honda had only hand tightened the drain plug and thus causing a slow leak. I had lost a quart of oil driving from San Antonio to Austin. Randa and her team were very professional and efficient at fixing Gillman Honda's mistake and making my car safe to drive back to San Antonio. If I lived in Austin, I would certainly bring my car here for regular oil changes!

The Leander location is simply amazing, the attention to detail the staff as to your car and to doing things right the first time. Always highly recommend them to my friends. Larry

Not only was each technician professional, they were respectful. I came in for an oil change. One of the guys saw a safety lug nut was missing. When I saw I could purchase it close by, they said to go get it and they would put it on for me. Nicest people in town.

Prompt, friendly, patient when I kept popping the gas cap instead of the hood. Sorry about that! Really appreciate the tires being aired up. I’ve had a broken ankle preventing me from being able to bear weight to address the tires.

Went here the other day for an oil change (I've been here once before) everything went great. The 2 guys working on my car were arguing with eachother about my coolant, all I saw were hands pointing at where they thought the level should be at it was pretty funny. Anyways got my oil change, coolant filled.., and a nice laugh through it all.

I LOVE this location. Every time I come to get an oil change I am greeted with the nicest people. I love getting to stay in my car and I love how fast & efficient this Jiffy Lube is. Highly recommend!

Not sure why my review didn't show up - came back to edit! Randa and her team ALWAYS provide amazing customer service. My whole family goes to this location (3 vehicles) and we reccomend them to everyone we know. Even with another jiffy lube across the street from where we live its 1000% worth the extra 10 minute drive. 10/10 service.
