I have been coming to this location for years. They are honest, knowledgeable, and very efficient.

Always go here for oil change and inspection. Guys are always friendly and super helpful. Never had any problems with this place and recommend for quick and small repair jobs tu e ups oil changes and things of the alike.

A great example of down home hospitality at this location. The service was great, quick, and courteous. I even made my brother go to this location. Great job guys and gals!

I had very little wait time. I was met well before I got to the service bays to see what I needed. Every question I had was answered politely and professionally. I was always asked ahead of time if I wanted a product or service that wasn’t in the regular inspection. I was never pressured to buy anything. I came away feeling that my car was all the safer for having been serviced there.

I will always come here to get my oil change! Great customer service, service done in a timely manner and Randa is so great with communication! 10/10

Angel did an outstanding job with the full service on my vehicle! He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. He explained what was being done, worked efficiently, and the truck has never run better.

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube in the area!! I’ve been to other locations that either turned me away, sent me somewhere else, or did the bare minimum, but this team goes above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, they’re thorough and truly take their time to make sure everything is done right. Shout out to Randa and Gabe!

My Honda Civic was leaking oil due to the incompetent service department at Gillman Honda San Antonio. When I brought my car here they immediately discovered that Gillman Honda had only hand tightened the drain plug and thus causing a slow leak. I had lost a quart of oil driving from San Antonio to Austin. Randa and her team were very professional and efficient at fixing Gillman Honda's mistake and making my car safe to drive back to San Antonio. If I lived in Austin, I would certainly bring my car here for regular oil changes!

The Leander location is simply amazing, the attention to detail the staff as to your car and to doing things right the first time. Always highly recommend them to my friends. Larry
