5 stars is not enough for the exceptional service at the Jiffy Lube Liberty Hill location. The check-in process was fast and courteous. The oil service was promptly done and included a quick interior vacuum and window washing. After a comprehensive inspection the manager of the day, James, guided me through the inspection findings. I never felt pushed, but rather, I felt we were collaborating on the maintenance and improvements to my vehicle. Courtesy was presented at every interaction. I cannot recommend this store enough.

Clean, friendly, quick, fair, and Chrishon is the GOAT. He will take care of ya and get you out of there in no time.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube location ! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they made the entire oil change quick and easy. The location is also super convenient. Great service all around—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a serious problem and didn't know what to do. Arturo was the most helpful. He explained some things to I me that seemed likely. Come to find out, I was done wrong by my dealership. Arturo didn't try to push anything on me, just gave me sound advice. Because of him, you will continue to have my business. You don't come by many people who honestly want to be helpful without $$ in mind.??

Best Jiffy Lube ive been to. Service was quick, and got an explanation of everything going on with my car without pushing extra unwanted services, just giving suggestions on what they would recommend to do. And the building itself was in great condition and very well kept. Fantastic job.

Alex and his team do a great job every time. The team is kind and informative. They have also traced wires on 2 trailers and a jeep for me at extremely reasonable price, when other shops seemed to just create more problems and cost. My Ford and Audi get oil changes and inspection here as well. Highly recommend these guys!

I have taken my new to me car here twice and they have been extremely nice, efficient, and thorough with the car. Glad to find a great place to take my car in a convenient location.

Id like to shout out Alex for his proficiency and professionalism . Through the whole process he was very personable & engaging . He definitely knows his stuff. The whole crew was quick & still didn’t gloss over the small details such as resetting the oil life status which every other place forgets . Great Job!

I had purchased a vehicle that was much needed by a son as his was on its last leg. Jiffy lube changed the oil, checked the tires, and vacuumed it out, changed wipers, checked all fluid levels just before I delivered it to him

This location was quick, clean, and friendly. Archer and Lauren were very polite and professional. They used clear language with the service requested and additional recommendations. I went during the morning hours. They had me back on the road in 20 minutes. The cost was less than I am accustomed to paying at the dealership. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Came for an inspection & left a customer. Archer made the experience seamless. And a lady working there even cleaned my glass all around without asking. Given the car was dirty I’m really appreciative. Would definitely recommend

Took my granddaughter’s car in for the annual inspection. They tech did the usual inspection but also checked fluids, filters and tires. Topped off antifreeze, aired up tires and changed out cabin air filter. ??

The young men here are always very respectful and polite. Service is fast and efficient. 10/10 recommend!

I went for an emissions test, only to find out from the attendant that my car is exempt because of its age. He was prompt and polite and sent me on my way with instructions to have a great day. ??
