Honest and professional!

Very friendly techs, everything was explained, and I had no problems.

I took my car in for an emissions inspection, and the crew did a great job. They not only did the inspection, but also checked many other things as well. They were courteous, friendly and professional.

Amazing service! Tommy was very polite and professional, as were all the employees there. The service I got was really amazing. It was like the old gas stations of the 50’s that washed your windshield while they filled the tank & checked your oil. Frankly made my day. I will drive the extra 10 miles to go here! Keep up the good work guys!

Went for state inspection .. quick and easy

The experience and customer service was great. When I got home, I went to change my air filter and noticed that the wiper fluid cap was missing. Not sure if it was just left off of not secured after being checked. I tried calling several times and no one answered and I was unable to leave a message. Ended up ordering a new cap from Amazon.

The guys were great. First time doing an oil change with jiffy location. Generally take to BMW for oil changes but need to change oil quickly. I could not wait on BMW appointment. They reset the oil change remember too.

Great staff. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they were respectful and professional.

They were quick and prompt. Transparent in billing. Lounge area is clean and well maintained.

Arrived to a busy garage with other customers and needed to diagnose my check engine light. A nice young man named Archer checked me in and told me it would just take a moment to diagnose. In spite of full bays and lots of other patrons, he found the problem and repaired the truck in little to no time! It's a busy world but when your car needs service its time to stop and deal with it. They made it very easy and were polite and efficient. I never got out of my truck! JIffy Lube's get a bad rep if someone is there over 15 minutes but let's be reasonable....we don't even have to make appointments. Everyone working there was going full tilt and doing the best they could to handle customers!

Fast, got me in immediately, and I got to stay in my car which was nice. Paid $135 total for a full synthetic oil change on my van

Extremely kind and courteous personnel! I went in for an inspection and came out with my car vacuumed on the inside, all windows cleaned, all fluids checked (they even topped off my oil which was almost 2 qts low!), checked the air in my tires…all of this was done without me requesting it! I was told that it’s all just part of the service! The only thing I was charged for was the state inspection that I originally went in to get done. I’d definitely recommend Jiffy Lube in Liberty Hill, TX to anyone and everyone! Thanks for the super service, Guys!

They got me in and out in a jiffy for my emissions inspection! The staff was really nice and walked through everything with me. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need (I was pleasantly surprised because I thought they would). The waiting area is really nice and clean. I'll definitely be back!

The staff was welcoming per usual and despite being 4th in line, they got me in and out in a reasonable time. As a mom of 2 with an unexpected check engine light, they saw my worry with the price and offered a coupon. I was grateful, as my budget was tight. This has been my go to place for almost a year.

Was a good visit guys where fast and friendly. Shop was clean and organized. Everyone seem to know their place

We love the ease & quality of work at Jiffy Lube in Liberty Hill. Ever since it opened it’s been our go to for oil changes & maintenance up keep on our Toyota tundra. They are quick, efficient & really listen.

The employees that helped me were very helpful and nice to me. I recommend going to the establishment.

Came in for a quick oil change. I had an hour before having to leave for another appointment. There was a car in front of me that took longer than usual. Your guys were able to get me out in a timely manner despite the wait to be seen. I drove off having an oil change, fluids topped off including coolant and my tire pressures corrected. Thanks for helping me to have a successful holiday trip! Service was great.

Excellent service at the Jiffy Lube. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, replaced my air filters and my wiper blades. Everything is in excellent condition now. Thank you!

Greetings to whomever will read this review. They inspected my whole car for free, and, on top of that, I received a Veteran discount to get my tires rotated and coolant fluid added into my carro. They were kind too. I really appreciate them. Por favor, go checc them out!

Excellent and fast Service.

Probably some of the most friendly people I’ve ever had the chance to encounter at a car shop! They were very transparent and I didn’t feel any pressure!
