This location is incredible, very kind and friendly. My experience here every time wonderful. They explain everything they will be needing to do to your vehicle, prices are very reasonable. Keep your the great work fellas.

Needed my brakes changed and Alec gave me a free detailed estimate and Ronnie did a phenomenal job with my vehicle. I recommend Jiffy Lube on 82nd University for not only brake services but also oil changes , tire repair and all around great service from Billy and his awesome crew

This is a great place to go too the people are very nice and curuticy and knowledgeable and I've have been coming here for 6 years and they do it all tires brakes sensors and if they can't do it they know others that can fix it

I took my 2009 Nissan Sentra to be checked out, Ronnie test drove it and it was the subframe bushings. Ronnie said he would get it done and the computer said it would take 4.5 hours. This turned out to be a challenge to get one bushing put back in, but Ronnie never gave up. They were in two pieces instead of one. He and Michael stayed late to get it all put back together. These guys are amazing and I will continue to take my car to them when it needs anything done. Thank you Ronnie for your hard work and perseverance and staying late to get it done and thank you Michael for staying late to help Ronnie get it done.

These guys and gals did a bang up job. Great customer service. Quick service. Guys had a great attitude. Got to smell Chicken Express the whole time….now I’m hungry. Great job yall.

Came in around 4:40. Needed to have a job done that took an hour and a half. Was traveling the next day. They easily could have said no as it would go past closing. They graciously took it on and were very kind about. Couldn't be more thankful.

This is the only place i recommend going the management is good compared to the other location and i caught this video at the other one, but i can only share a screen shot, the fist photo they were arguing over something and i caught that the 2nd is how my car was when i left my undercarriage was dragging and i had to get it removed

I will always go to this location as long as Billy, Ronnie Rhiannon, Chris, Charlie and the rest of the crew remain. This location the customer matters and they go above and beyond for the customer. They are like family to me.

Always a pleasure with Billy as the manager. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his customer service skills are amazing. This is the only place I ever go anymore because I know that they are fast, kind, and the staff does amazing work. Oil changes, inspections, or even other issues you might be having, Billy and his staff always do great work and give excellent advice and recommendations. I'll name drop Charles too because he's been there a while and is super kind as well. Thank you Jiffy Lube staff! Y'all are awesome :)

Everyone here is so kind and helpful! We had a check engine light come on during a long trip between Austin and Denver, pulled in here, and they diagnosed the issue right away and helped us resolve the issue without charge! And while we waited, our entire family were treated to complimentary water. These guys are a gem!

Fast and efficient.

I called ahead as I would be arriving close to closing with a new check engine light, but I was still about an hour away. Brent was extremely friendly on the phone and said if I was going to be late to call and he could wait to make sure I got it checked. When I arrived about 15 minutes prior to closing, the team was so helpful and friendly. I am so appreciative as they helped me while I was in the middle of a road trip and they saved the day! I would absolutely recommend them. And hope they get raises for a job well done!!!

It was fast and easy. It was a lot more than I was expecting but such is life under biden.

Service was great, really friendly people, fast oil change, sticker was on the winshield of my girlfriends car, iv never used them before, but ill keep the service for sure.

They were short handed but oh so nice. Asked if I wanted a drink. (I had 1 already). The tech told me I needed a new engine filter. I told him it was fine & just knock it on the garage door & it worked just fine. I do need new wiper blades but told them they weren't in my budget. That tech told me I could get some at my favorite auto parts store(O'Reilly's) & bring them in & they would install them for me. Really liked this place.

Were honest with me about my van. Saved me money instead of just going ahead with work.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s hands down the best place for everything you need!! They’re so helpful, quick, and you get consistent service every time. Going to dealerships or other oil change places used to take forever and I dreaded it. But this Jiffy Lube is so fast, their waiting area is awesome, and they are so helpful at explaining things and getting us in and out! I come from out of town now just to go here for inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations. This is the place to go!!

I love Jiffey Lube,they are nice and really helpful when it comes to changing my oil. they even changed my cabin filter and boy did it NEED IT!
