I had the most wonderful experience at this location! My car needed an upper control arm assembly. Bryan, the manager, and his team were excellent to work with. I was in at 9am and out by 10:40 am with a very reasonable bill. I am 65, a woman, and no one tried to take advantage of my situation. The next time I need help with my car, I will be returning to this location and team. I was amazed at the professionalism of the whole team. Took my car in yesterday and the team at the Milwaukee location were great! I was greeted by Aniya immediately, casual and friendly! Bryan and the team took care of me quickly! Trustworthy and honest.

Had another Jiffy Lube service my Jeep Gladiator, at that other Jiffy Lube they advised I have an alignment and a service done to my brakes which I passed on at the time (big mistake on my end!) Well here I am making the drive to Lubbock when my brakes give me little to no action. I immediately stop and call the last shop which they put me to the nearest Jiffy Lube here at 6310 Milwaukee. I was hesitant to call on their help because it was close to closing time and I hate to be the reason these guys go home late. Well the last shop gives this shop a heads up and so they end up calling me! They offered to stay late and help me get back on the road (THEY OFFERED?!) I showed up about 45 minutes PAST closing time and there they were waiting with a door open and a smile! I expected this to be a royal lube up (of course they’re going to wine and dine me before they give it to me.) NOPE! I expected a bill high enough that I’d need a ladder to reach it however they didn’t take advantage of the situation that I was in and instead simply thanked me for being a loyal customer (at another shop.) They gave me a very generous price and got me back on the road for my big conference with 100% faith in my vehicle again. Anytime I head south again I’ll do whatever it takes to ensure I go through Lubbock just to see Bryan and his crew. If that means going over my oil change schedule just an extra 250 miles I’ll happily do it just to show my gratitude towards this dream team! A special shoutout to the mechanic who made it all possible as well. I believe his name was Tristan maybe Tristin? I remember that name well -I’m a huge fan of Legends of the Fall. Classic! Thanks again and see you guys in the next 5000-5250 miles!!!

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the team at Jiffy Lube for the amazing job they did on my suspension! They were super professional, explained everything clearly, and got the work done quickly without cutting any corners. My car drives so much smoother now — it honestly feels like a completely different ride. You can tell they really care about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. I definitely recommend them if you need any work done!

I could not have had a better service with this team. Brian was absolutely AMAZING! Exceptional customer service and helped us out so much!! They always want what’s before for their customers. Just like their front desk says “A customer doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care” and this team did just that. Showed us how much they truly cared about their customers! I took my equinox in for what i thought would be a minor repair but come to find out my car needed not ony a stud replacement but also a hub and rotor replacement as well. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Bryan and Codey were so great in explaining everything. It was an absolute positive experience after an unexpected issue with my car. I highly recommend them for any need car repairs! I don’t like how you left the screen/monitor. I will now have to look up in the manual how to reset it back to show my speedometer reading. Otherwise, I think y’all did great.

The staff here is always amazing. I took my truck in to get new headlights installed, and they did an amazing job. I wanted to write this because the Mechanic that helped me is a boss and needs to be recognized. He told me after installation that they'd need to be adjusted. Later that night when it was dark enough, I tested them out and they were perfectly, read this correctly, PERFECTLY, aligned both standard and brights. They got a master on their hands.

Very friendly and fast service! Everyone went above and beyond in my opinion, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

Friendly staff, good prices. They even washed my filthy windshield inside and out!!!! Didn't slop oil anywhere and knew what they were doing. Solid place for an oil change.

I went during my lunch break to get an oil change, and they noticed I needed my inspection as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even though I know I was a hot mess. They offered me water, coffee, or soda while I waited, but it didn’t take them long at all. They have definitely got a loyal customer out of me!

Best friendly service didn't want to pay that much for an oil change but I had a field to replace that was really bad and they cleaned all my windows used the brand of oil that I like so overall I was very pleased highly recommend

Great Place had a little experience here. My mother-in-law had a oil change there and later found out that she had a oil leak. Took the truck to Gene Messer and they try to say it was the oil filter.Going back and forth between Jiffy Lube and Messer Toyota . Jiffy Lube was very professional and polite even though we were very upset about the situation that we were in it wasn’t there fault at all.. They are very Professional and Polite all the way up to Management..... Thank You
