Good customer service only complaint is that it took a little too long to complete the service (45 minutes for an oil change).

Sky was great. Informative, not pushy, working quick to get people taken care of. She stands out and makes this Jiffy Lube look good!

Everyone in the crew is amazing. Very informative and polite. You can tell that they are not pushy at all. I had my oil changed, a few filters replaced and a state inspection under an hour during a busy time. Great team!!

Came in for inspection and found I needed a new gas cap. Bought a new gas cap and they replaced it for me. Everything was good!!!

The customer service was very professional, nice and dependable.

They are always honest and kind. They don't lie and force you to get products you don"t need, they just want to help but understsnd if you don't want that service yet. That is why I always come back here. They saved me so much money by letting me know I had a bad battery, not quite sure if I did need one I told them I had just gotten the battery less than 2 years ago at Autozone, and they said oh go see if they have a warranty for you. I did go and Autozone said yup we sold you a bad battery and gave me a new one for free. They changed my worn out brakes and they are no longer grinding.
