Went for an inspection. In and out underr 10 minutes. Friendly. They were getting things ready to close down and still took care of me.

The original quote was a hundred more than I paid at dealership. The attendant knocked it down to a $147 so I stayed. Fuel filter quote was $400 I declined that and went to the dealership for $319 for both fuel filters

Inspection sticker; Lupa was so nice. Wait time was very little. I have been going to this jiffy lube for years (country club and Walnut Creek). I have always gotten great service

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. They were able to get me in and out quickly. Technician Lupe and crew took care of me. I will definitely be taken my car back for routine service.

The manager, Lupe, and her staff were extremely friendly, professional and timely. They exceeded my expectations by how thoughtful and quick they were. They completed my requested work faster than quote, Lupe approached me and initiated communication upon my arrival with a friendly and professional tone and demeanor. Quickly got me checked in and out. They offer additional services. It was just a great experience and I will definitely be back for future services.

I came in for an oil change and received 10 star customer service from the person who did the intake I think her name is Carla to the mechanic who gave me an estimate Nick and to the store manager that literally fixed my trunk Jess….this just might be my favorite jiffy Lube.
