I had such a great experience at this Jiffy Lube facility. The shop was clean, the service was quick and well done, and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and respectful. Usually, I tend to feel a little nervous going to car places, especially when it’s just me and my baby. For me at least, going solo to car shops can feel a little intimidating at the least, and there’s always a small worry that you might be financially taken advantage of or talked into something you don’t actually need... But I didn't feel like that at all here, and in fact I actually felt very informed throughout the whole process. Everyone was so understanding, patient, and respectful, and they made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated that. It made such a difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you to the whole team for making what can normally be a stressful experience such a good one!
