This is my second time coming to the location on Manvel, and I can confidently say I’ll be coming here for all my future oil changes. The employees are great, friendly, professional, and very attentive. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Wonderful experience here with this JL team. Had some tire issues and stopped in with my 2 kids. Matthew and Jahn were there to advise and help and had us in and out in literally 5 minutes. They turned what could have been a miserable, lengthy trial into a quick and painless experience. Friendly, funny, and professional. A++ and will stop here anytime we need tire and lube work. I like coming here because they do tire rotations in addition to oil changes. The waiting room, and bathroom, is nice and clean.

Local mechanic shut down & been going to dealership and well was looking for a local ‘go to’! This was my 2nd time going to this location & both times, Mr. Mike has been there to greet me! I truly appreciate his Customer service friendly disposition, informative, and calmness even under pressure! Thanks!
