Extremely attentive, knowledgeable, & efficient. Excellent customer service & tech brought some unrelated vehicle issues to our attention under the vehicle that no other oil change places had bothered to mention before. Definitely recommend!

I couldn’t recommend them more the whole staff that was on the clock on Friday May15th were so helpful and got me in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I was greeted with immediate hospitality. All of the workers were so kind and thorough with my car. I went for an oil change and it was less than 10 minutes long. They cleaned my front windshield and put air in my tires as well (not apart of the service). My experience here was a 10/10. I will be back.

Hands down best customer service. They do a lot of complementary services for free that others don’t. Would highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

Went in for an oil change the guys were friendly, very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. Received a 25% military discount and was happy about that.

They didn’t have the air filter I needed in stock, but they were able to get it within 30 minutes. Once they had the filter, it was changed & I was in & out very quickly. The employees were all very polite. Overall, very good service.

They checked my transmission fluid for free, and were really honest on the issue. Matched with what I knew.

Great service!! Never have had such a great and fast experience with oil changes. Mr. Rivera was quick to greet, explain, get the oil change done, explain everything they checked and found, AND walked us to the car. This was my 2nd time there and both times were great. Definitely recommend!

The service was excellent

Came to jiffy lube and they took care of me! They were very attentive and made sure I understood everything. They checked my breaks pass, tire pressure, anything that needed attention they mentioned it would be work soon. And gave me a timeline of when it should be done. Very professional workers who provide really amazing service!

Love the Ware Rd. Jiffy Lube location!! These mechanics are always friendly, timely, honest, and very reasonably priced. One of the many reasons I keep coming back for every oil change, brake maintenance, and even tire replacement for my BMW. They also offer a Military and Veterans discount!

Went to go get air in my tires and Christian was a great help.Making sure all four tires were good and really good customer service provided.
