Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 4713 North Ware Road, McAllen, TX, 78504

Excellent price for full synthetic. Polite, friendly, and informative service. They provided "white glove" type service. They offered water and coffee while I waited. I never felt rushed. The technician walked me through every step. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes as well. Be sure to check out their online coupons. They were the best deal I found in the RGV.

Highly recommend great customer service.

Very professional customer care! Fast and and clean oil change! Recommend for more people to come!

Exceptional service

Joe did an amazing job on my AC for my Jeep and gave excellent service even took me home so I didn’t have to wait for the repair. Definitely will be coming back.

Excellent customer service my first time coming here very they where very welcoming… and very helpful, especially being a girl and not really knowing too much of cars not only do they explain to you what’s going on and they show you what’s going on with the vehicle and any recommendations for what else you may need done. They also answered any questions. They take the time to answer them and tell you as to why.

Amazing service! Went in earlier and everyone was so sweet and explained everything clearly and my car feels amazing

Everyone was super nice especially Mr.Joe. They were transparent with their prices and services. I didn’t leave there feeling like I was scammed like I often do after going to one of these places. They did my oil change and tire rotation super fast. Awesome place, will definitely make them my main shop for my car needs. Thanks Mr Joe for all your help.

I travel often and get plenty of oil changes, but the service I received from this location was far better than what I have received at all other locations put together! If you’re in the Valley, this is where you want your oil and other car services done. Thank you!
