Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 5619 RUFE SNOW DRIVE, NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX, 76180

Very professional service: Friendly, Knowledable, Fast!!!

I went for an oil change and inspection for my Alfa Romeo giulia. Great customer service. Efficient and a great value in these this era of price gouging.

Fast service. Very professional.

These guys are amazing! I had a wonderful experience with them a couple of years ago, and once again, they provided the same friendly and exceptional service. I arrived just before closing, but they immediately completed my state inspection within minutes. They never complained or made me feel uncomfortable for coming in at the last minute. Instead, they were incredibly kind and made it seem like no trouble at all. I truly appreciate their positive attitude and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much! ??

Waited about twenty minutes before they got to my car for inspection while there were no other vehicles getting inspected. I know its hot and people are sweating and stinky but maybe have a designated person thats not sweaty and stinky drive the cars.

Good work well done. I also bought new wiper blades as mine were over-baked and at least three brutal summers old. The team checked the fluids and topped them out.

They accepted my coupon. The service was quick and efficient. I would recommend this place

It was my first time there ,and the young gentleman was very helpful letting me know what I needed and where to go. I was out in less than 10 minutes!

Fast service very thorough Great job

I stopped in for an oil change and was in and out within 20 minutes. All fuels topped off, aired tires if needed, coolant added, wipers checked, all filters checked. Employees were very nice and courteous.

Looking for efficiency? Honesty? Loyalty? Maybe even some good ol fashioned cleanliness and comfort? The folks at Rufe Snows Jiffy Lube have it all. We enjoy just catching up with the manager who runs a tight ship and is always on top of things. My wife likes that the waiting room is clean and comfortable. We'll be back.

The guys at the shop were absolutely amazing! They were so efficient and got the job done quickly and my car is better than ever! Definitely will be going back for sure!

It was my first time at jiffy lube ever and wow was it amazing! I was helped with right away and was escorted to the waiting area. I came in for a transmission fluid thing and was informed about the condition it was in and how it should normally be. I got updated along the way from pricing and was even given suggestions of the services needed done and the level of urgency. I did forget the names of the technicians who helped me but it was an amazing experience overall!

Excellent service and super fast

I went in to get a power steering flush, had a freak issue with my car starter AT the mechanic, and they were able to get it fixed for me on the spot. The mechanics at this location are really good at their jobs and have a lot of integrity.
