I was sent to Jiffy Lube by Enterprise when my rental car needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube employees provided excellent customer service. The all point inspection was provided while having to wait on Enterprise to provide authorization for a specific oil. I had to leave that initial visit due to Enterprise taking so long, and having 24 hour advance notice. When Enterprise got it together, I returned to Jiffy Lube, in and out in a reasonable time, and receiving the same exceptional professionalism. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on.

Staff was super friendly and easy to work with. I had no issues during my visit.

I went in for an oil change and Josh and Mike were quick to help with that. They were both great with communicating and Josh even found the leak I was unable to determine the location of. They’re both super friendly and have turned the place around. It’d be a shame to lose either of them ever. I’ll keep coming back as long as they are there!
