i had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. they did my inspection then exchanged my brake fluid and coolant for a great price. my dealership was tryna get me to pay >$800 for the same two services HA. I cannot believe i didnt get the name of the woman who took care of me today but she was delightful and patient in answering my questions. Customer service here is always top tier. I just need the oil change to be cheaper and this would be my one stop shop!

The manager was so kind. I have heard a couple of things about my vehicle which could be wrong from other places. But the manager didn't scare me with all fault diagnoses and required maintenances. It gives me peace of mind as a list of bad reports of the vehicle was not presented. I got the service that was required and I am more than satisfied.
