Angel was awesome. She always does a great job and always thorough.

I came to Jiffy Lube on North Main Street in Pearland to have my skid plate replaced. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted by the team and received outstanding customer service. After I explained the issue, they took my car right away and got to work immediately. There was no wait, and they completed the repair quickly and correctly. As soon as I walked through the door, they offered me a bottle of water and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to John and Angel, the manager, for going above and beyond. Angel and her team were amazing, and I truly appreciate their excellent service. I would 100% come back and highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to others. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!

I went to Jiffy Lube on N. Main St. today for an oil change and service. Conner and Angel took care of everything and were both highly professional and courteous. Angel went above and beyond by checking out two other minor issues I was having with my car and was able to fix them. I am very satisfied with the service I received and can definitely recommend this location for anyone needing automotive service.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Sam was a saviour, with a lot of well needed info & advice on my new-to-me car, that I'll be driving back to So Cal tomorrow morning. If I lived in the area of go back to them everytime!??

I took my car for its first oil change, and didn't even know what kind of oil it needed -- Jon walked me through everything, gave great advice, and the service was quick and efficient. There was even a coupon to bring the cost down a little; I will definitely go back, since it was so convenient and there was absolutely no sense of pressure of upselling on anything. Highly recommend.

The guy was very helpful and informative. The service was less than 20min and I was able to stay in my car.

From initially driving into the establishment until l left l was treated respectfully, and was kept informed as to the work that would done,. There were suggestions provided to enhance my vehicle s performance and it's longevity, l did not feel pressured to buy anything (like some places will make you feel your car won't make it around two corners). I went in for an inspection then returned with my daughter and grandson for their inspection and oil changes. Every person l encountered were extremely friendly and forthcoming. I will be back for any vehicle needs l may have. This was my first time at the establishment, but it won't be my last and l will be telling my family and friends about the work and atmosphere. Please keep up the good work, in the times we are living in it's such a pleasure to be treated with so much respect. Kudos to the four gentlemen that worked on Wednesday April 8!!!

Quick and Easy!

I went in to get an oil change, it was done quick and very efficient. The whole staff was amazing, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. And the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Went to this location when we first moved to Pearland and has been my "go to" ever since. Tyler, along with the other staff, are great and willing to go out of their way to help you out. Recommend for anyone looking for a place for vehicle maintenance or diagnostics.

Tyler was very helpful with needed recommendations even offered a discount.

I have been to this location a couple times and they do a great job. They always get me in and a out very quickly. Very friendly and professional staff. Great at explaining what I should get changed on my vehicle and when I should get it changed.

I came to this location by mistake, but it turned out to be a blessing. The technician, Jon, greeted me so nicely and gave great service. The assistant manager, Tyler was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I see why it had a 4.6 rating. I don't live in the area, but if your near this location, I recommend you stop by!
