In and out in short time. Asked for oil change only. No hassle for anything else. Great service

It was the easiest, fastest state inspection I've had. Attendant got me right in. Got car hooked up. I was able to stay in my car. Paid, got the inspection paper work, was told where in the area I could pick up the sticker and I was on my way. I'd previously gotten an oil change there and had a similar positive experience.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice! I recommend this location.

I was sent here by Enterprise Plano bc my rental had a maintenance light on. Chris "Hopper" was not only warm and welcoming to me, but he showed the utmost professionalism to me as well as his colleagues. They had their whole system down, calling out and responding to verbal cues. This was the service and professionalism that I did not get from Enterprise (they wouldn't switch out my vehicle to service it and made me take it myself to get serviced), but Jiffy Lube Plano and Hopper made up for that. Awesome teamwork guys (& girl)! Thank you for helping me ????????

I have been using this location for a few years now, I have never had a single problem with them. Very quick, very courteous and they do a good job.

James is always a pleasure to deal with when I come on site. He was funny, assured me the job would be done correctly by him, that he was moving fast and cared bout my experience. I unfortunately didn’t have any cash to tip him this time, but if you see this James, I got you next time brotha! Keep up the good work! I had called the place I purchased my tires as they do free rotations and it was going to take 3+ hours. I’d rather go to this Jiffy Lube, pay the small price after coupons and get it done in under an hour with good customer service. I’ll continue to come back!

They took care of me better than any other quick oil change place I've wver visited. Customer service was the best. Gave me a coupon I was not even knowledgeable of and helpes me out WAY above ans beyond what I went there for. The management was great when I explained how his two staff members took care of me and im not that nice of a guy but I felt they needed to hear about the service from these individuals so I called the main branch and explained the circumstances of my visit and the service I received. It was that good. I recommend this store 110% .it's the one on university Ave in McKinney TX. Words can not describe the treatment I received. As most of you no this economy is crap ans prices are out of control but at this location they gave me more help and deals than I can write. If you need anything this store provides I guarantee you will receive it and then some. Much respect for the management and employees at this Jiffy Lube.. u can trust them ro so the job that you needed and they will do it and more for you. A 10 star rating...

They were quick and efficient and the advisor was very up front about the costs. and the final bill was spot on with the estimate, no hidden charges like I have experienced at car dealer service centers.

Had a great experience here today! They were very busy when I drove up, but I was still out of there in about 40 minutes after an inspection and oil change! Brooke did a great job collecting all my information, and Gigi helped by explaining costs and going over what I was having done to my car. I had a great experience, and will definitely be back for my next oil change
