Super customer service! I was met at my car as soon as I pulled in. In for an oil change. They checked and filled all fluids. Check out was quick. The one that checked me out walked me to my car, opened my door and let me get in before he put sticker in window so I didnt have to stand in rain. Nice guys and great service!

Was going to a different location but when I found out one of the guys moved to the one in Princeton, I moved with him! Sure it’s a 15 minute further drive but it is worth it knowing they’re willing to work with and around my busy schedule.

I'm a little late in writing this review, but I haven't forgotten because excellent, fast, and kind customer service deserves recognition! I’m very thankful for the team here. In addition to needing an oil change, I had a few concerns with my vehicle that required a mechanic's attention. Being new to the area, I wasn't sure where to go, so I was especially grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to recommend a trustworthy mechanic. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. According to my receipt, I’d like to thank Ryan, Dax, Teri, and Rafael. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate your help and would gladly recommend this location to others!

Seriously a great place!! real diamond in the rough. Clean interior and the guys at the shop are just super friendly. There was no wait and they got me in and out and all came to chit chat when they were done. It's hard to find a good shop with knowledgeable folks that don't look down on ya. New fav place for car stuff. Seriously, these guys are awesome, they need a raise and a lunch ;) haha.

Excellent customer service!

When I pulled up I was immediately greated by Brian. During my brief wait in my car he checked my tire air pressure and looked under my hood. Then he escorted me to the air conditioned lobby to wait for them to finish the two cars ahead of me. Brian kept me updated on the status of my car. When they finished came into the lobby to close out the transaction then pulled out my car and wished me a good day. Everyone was very nice and professional

The people were friendly and efficient. Found that I needed coolant in my reservoir and were able to fill it. I will be returning to this location for sure.

I showed up right before closing time. John and his guys took care of me without any hassle. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great previous experience with Teri and her team, that I'd why we went back to get the car serviced. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She is the reason we has the car serviced there. Would very much recommend the Jiffy Lube in Princeton.

Great customer service and respect!

They were very nice did a good job in a timely manor. Called me letting me know my engine filter was really dirty asked if I wanted replaced. And I appreciated that. Would I use them again ABSOLUTELY!

Had my state inspection done here and it was fast! Very friendly staff too! Will come back again :)
