We had a great previous experience with Teri and her team, that I'd why we went back to get the car serviced. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She is the reason we has the car serviced there. Would very much recommend the Jiffy Lube in Princeton.

Terry and her team were amazing at helping me make the correct decision with my car Helped my notice a few things that I needed to correct as well. I’ll be going back for inspection and breaks!

Great customer service and respect!

They were very nice did a good job in a timely manor. Called me letting me know my engine filter was really dirty asked if I wanted replaced. And I appreciated that. Would I use them again ABSOLUTELY!

As always, the crew here were professional, competent, and quick. Terri is so pleasant to work with. They are always honest about what needs to be done or not and prices are reasonable for the services. Would recommend this place to everyone for their maintenance needs!

Quick service.

Went today to get my state inspection. There were 2 cars in front of me so I sat reading a Christian book of mine. When it was my turn the rep Ryan directed me in. He was ohh so friendly yet very very professional. He answered every question I had and even explained what’s being measured through our gas tanks. Woww what a great representative for Jiffy Lube he is !! I will continue to come back to them for their excellent service. They have me Forever, smiles.

The Princeton Jiffy Lube is a car care establishment I feel very good about visiting. Terri and all her crew are friendly, helpful and professional. They provide wonderful customer service. Absolutely best place to go for an oil change or inspection!!

I've been coming here since moving to Princeton. Their people are always friendly and courteous. Their services are top notch and I never have to worry about my car being well-cared for here. They even told me when I thought I was having a battery issue that it was my spark plugs and gave me a reasonable quote for the service!

I had an outstanding experience at this Jiffy Lube location today. I called ahead about replacing a blown fuse, and they immediately confirmed they could take care of it and let me know there was only one car there. I told them I’d arrive in about 20 minutes, and when I pulled in, they were ready and got right to work. The team was courteous, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They showed me the failed fuse, replaced it quickly, and even gave me the broken fuse so I could easily grab a replacement from an auto parts store in the future if needed — which I really appreciated. The GM, Terri, was heavily involved from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, hands-on, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. To top it all off, she didn’t even charge me for the service and sent me home with some coupons for next time. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. They’ve absolutely earned a lifetime customer in me. Highly recommend!
