The entire staff was great and super knowledgeable. I have never felt so welcomed at a place of business. One particular employee stood out the most. Dayvion was super amazing. Will definitely go here again!

I've been coming here since moving to Princeton. Their people are always friendly and courteous. Their services are top notch and I never have to worry about my car being well-cared for here. They even told me when I thought I was having a battery issue that it was my spark plugs and gave me a reasonable quote for the service!

The staff here is very informative and attentive. I love the knowledge and customer service!

I had an outstanding experience at this Jiffy Lube location today. I called ahead about replacing a blown fuse, and they immediately confirmed they could take care of it and let me know there was only one car there. I told them I’d arrive in about 20 minutes, and when I pulled in, they were ready and got right to work. The team was courteous, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They showed me the failed fuse, replaced it quickly, and even gave me the broken fuse so I could easily grab a replacement from an auto parts store in the future if needed — which I really appreciated. The GM, Terri, was heavily involved from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, hands-on, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. To top it all off, she didn’t even charge me for the service and sent me home with some coupons for next time. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. They’ve absolutely earned a lifetime customer in me. Highly recommend!

Terri and her crew were honest and curious.

Service is quick, the staff is friendly, and they don’t just perform the service you ask for. They also point out other things to keep an eye on with your car. I went in for an oil change and state inspection, and they let me know my air filters were dirty. They do more than just the basics. They’re thorough and attentive. 10/10 recommend. Also, prices are good and they offer coupons!
