Car inspection was quick and the customer service was great.

I took my car in for an emissions inspection. Jacob worked with me and was helpful and efficient; it took no time at all to get my inspection done and move on with my day!

Great place! Got an oil change and it was super fast.

Absolute top tier customer service. Limped into their parking lot at close with a busted tire and they didn’t hesitate to help. Joe got my spare on and they let me leave my truck overnight. Brey, who works there but was off that night, was even nice enough to give me a ride back to the wedding that I was on my way back to. I will go back for everything because of those guys. They all deserves raises and promotions.

Couldn’t find a crush washer at any of the parts stores and stopped in here and Brian and Dee Helped me out immediately and got me what I needed to do the service on my vehicle.. Thank you both for the help this morning!

Outstanding and exceptional service. Went in for an emissions test. No appointment, waited 10 mins and was provided service. The employees were all very kind, cordial, and professional but especially the tech who assisted me. He went above and beyond and couldn't provide more exceptional service. Will absolutely return and highly recommend.

I had to do an Emissions test, and I have to bragg on Jacob and Brian they were both very professional and courteous to me. Courtesy and respect goes a long way with me I am 68 years old and you don't find it much anymore. Just because of their professionalism on the job they have won me over to bring my business to them for my future oil changes on three of my vehicles when needed. Fine young men an very respectful will be coming back. ??

Brian did an amazing job. He is very kind, considerate and caring. excellent customer service. he is the only reason I will return to that location. He took the time to talk with me and explain why it was taking so long, he is very professional and I appreciate that. Returning customers is what makes a business. Hopefully Jiffy Lube will understand and hire managers that appreciate their workers and assist with good Customer Service.

Got there first thing in the morning was in and out 20 minutes top

We had a challenging visit at Jiffy Lube PV even though we went in for a basic oil change service that didn't quite go as expected. We are thankful lto report that the management team took our concerns very serious and went above and beyond our expectations to make things right. The level of professionalism and care for our vehicle through the process was top notch. Communication was clear, concise and very quick! We are thankful for their willingness to take extra steps to make sure we were satisfied.
