Came in with no appointment I was shown to park in front of service bay.. They took quick care of my car in about 15 minutes. I was done. They explained the service to me before they performed it. All the prices were agreed on it was offered a coupon code, and I took the advantage of it. They do a really good service and my car really needed it bad. I have to make a long trip to Corpus Christi and back over the weekend so I wanted to make sure my oil was checked, and all the other serviceable features were checked. They do a good service. I’m going to be a return customer.

I’ve visited this location several times in the last year and Cameron, Batina, and the rest of the team did a great job. Today I went to get my tires rotated and once again had a great experience from Batina. Thanks Premium Velocity Auto LLC for taking good care of both my vehicles! Highly recommend this location!

The location smells so good always. I never went to an establishment that smells like that. Those little touches just make you want to come back. The people are hard workers and there customer service is top tier :)

I had the pleasure of working with EMILY and her lady co-workers! It's always great to see women in the automotive industry. I took my JEEP Grand Cherokee in to have the battery replaced (if you're not familiar, the battery is located under the passenger seat, so it's a tedious task). The ladies had to remove the seat in order to replace the battery, and they did it in under an hour. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable; I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies!!!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube! I went in for an inspection and was in and out in about 15 -20 minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and the customer service was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

My experience with this place was positive. All the people working there seem to be very kind, respectful, hardworking and honest. There was a situation where they realized they were out of something I had already paid for and they told me immediately and made sure to get it refunded the next day. I appreciated this a lot because I honestly wouldn’t have known the difference if they had replaced it or not and it says a lot about their character that they owned the mistake and made it right. There are so many auto places that take advantage (of women especially) so I always try to publicly recognize the ones who are not like that so other women can know where to go or not go.

Great job Cameron for you help. The oil techs that was joined to service my vehicle, were top notch. Told her the story of last oil change(Take 5). Come to find out they destroyed my oil pan( replace now) by not siphon the oil through top with the right equipment. Cameron showed and offered to replace my damaged pan. Mind you did not know (5 Five) cross thread my the bolt and pulled the undercarriage snaps off without replacing them. Beware of Rosenberg Take 5????

The team here were amazing! I watched them take a huge stone out the middle of road way after two cars hitting it while one car busted the tire and they came through to help out! Greatly appreciated!
