Great experience at Jiffy Lube! I went in for an inspection and was in and out in about 15 -20 minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and the customer service was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

My experience with this place was positive. All the people working there seem to be very kind, respectful, hardworking and honest. There was a situation where they realized they were out of something I had already paid for and they told me immediately and made sure to get it refunded the next day. I appreciated this a lot because I honestly wouldn’t have known the difference if they had replaced it or not and it says a lot about their character that they owned the mistake and made it right. There are so many auto places that take advantage (of women especially) so I always try to publicly recognize the ones who are not like that so other women can know where to go or not go.

Great job Cameron for you help. The oil techs that was joined to service my vehicle, were top notch. Told her the story of last oil change(Take 5). Come to find out they destroyed my oil pan( replace now) by not siphon the oil through top with the right equipment. Cameron showed and offered to replace my damaged pan. Mind you did not know (5 Five) cross thread my the bolt and pulled the undercarriage snaps off without replacing them. Beware of Rosenberg Take 5????

Quick and fast service! Awesome customer service by Mr. Olasupo, from right when I pulled in parking lot he greeted me and explained state inspecting process as well as where the nearest registration place was instead of going to court house!

The staff at the Rosenberg Jiffy Lube were professional, friendly, let me know what to expect, and did the service quickly.

I had a good experience. I was in and out with my emissions test. Batina was very helpful and professional. I took my car as well as my wife’s car. The waiting area was clean and they were efficient.

On March 28 I went to Jiffy Lube for an emissions inspection and I asked questions about the new inspection process and the gentlemen explained all of the new inspection guidelines and got me done quickly! Thanks Jiffy Lube!!
