Had inspection for car registration renewal - fast and easy.

My daytime running light had gone out. I went in in a rainstorm and literally walked out within 15 minutes of driving in. The guys were great I virtually had no wait time and the price was phenomenal. I need to figure out why my electrical is doing what it's doing and I will definitely go back to these guys. They seemed honest and helpful.

It was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube, and I had a great experience! As someone new to the area, I truly appreciated how kind and welcoming everyone was from the moment I arrived. The team was very professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. They also gave me helpful recommendations about the maintenance my car needs, which I really valued. Overall, the service was fast, honest, and friendly. I definitely recommend this location 100% and will be coming back in the future!

Everyone there is always so nice and on top of getting things done. I got an oil change and tire rotation all in 20 mins. Easy!

Great team and great work!!! My car got a puncture and I ended up at this shop by pure chance- so glad I did. Ryan saw me struggling and came out right away to help. He and Jordan patched up my tire super quickly and did an incredible job. The whole team was so kind, professional, helpful! I’m beyond grateful for their integrity, generosity, and kindness. Truly went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly and safely. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone!!

This particular location in Round Rock just off of University Blvd. is my absolute favorite. The service is phenomenal! I wouldn't think to go anywhere else!

Broke a sensor in new tire. Replace sensor but their computer was to old to calibrate it. Staff was fabulous but I have to go to a tire store to have sensor calibrated. Suggest that corporate fund their stores.

Look I get people are people, but a mechanic was rude to another employee and was complaining about his job. I did have a conversation with him about his behavior and it seemed he understood. Accountability is hard to come by these days. Refreshing! I'll be back!

I give 4 stars for polite workers, clean shop, I came in for inspection and oil change, oil change was fast, rotated tired, on my way out air in tires was not checked and all 4 low, in inspection took long, I was there almost 2 hrs. I would use again if needed, but I think I will try another closer to me.

Easy process. Helpful attendant, quick service, clean office.
