My recent visit to Jiffy lube on Grissom was excellent. While they changed my oil the worker checked my car underneath and saw several things wrong with my car. I was so appreciative for the great information he gave me and helped me so much in something bad happening to my car. I took my car immediately to my mechanic to fix the bad things that were wrong with my car. The guys their always do an outstanding job!! Thank you all and keep up the great work!!

Everything was done quickly and in an efficient manner. 15 minutes and I was out.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Suggested me services with proper professional reasoning. Eli, the assistant manager was helpful as well.

Had air in tires and windshield wipers changed. They were very courteous fast and efficient, they even cleaned my windshield...great job guys!!!

Tech came out, listened and answered my questions beforehand. They were polite and thoughtful. Asked for oil change, brake fluid flush, and radiator coolant flush. All was done in about 30 to 40mins. I'll keep coming back.

These young men did an excellent job and even got me to purchase a cabin filter!! I appreciate the convenience, speed and professionalism of the staff. I’ll be back!!

Only thing I don't like is the push to sell or do additional maintenance that is not needed. I have no issues with the folks that did the work. They did their job well so far.

UPDATE I'm giving a great rating and bragging on Eli and Matt. They were kind enough to come to my house and fix my car. On their day off, no less! So I've updated my review to 5 stars and commend Eli and Matt. Thank you both for that. Normally, I go to jiffy lube on protranco, but I was running errands and went to the one on grissom road. BIG MISTAKE! They weren't busy, just 1 car before me. Told them I wanted an oil change, no tire rotation, and change out my cabin filter. All that was done in about 30 mins. On my way back home (23 miles) my car was making the worst noise. When I got off the highway to check it, I found they DID NOT screw in my oil pan, so it was dragging on the ground and was ruined. Now, my oil didn't leak out ,Thank God, but what will you do about my car now. It was definitely the fault of your workers! They were playing around too much, enjoying their day, and happened to ruin mine.

Outstanding service! They .ade me aware of factory service recommendations based on my milage. Accepted an online coupon. Made sure my tires were properly inflated as well as other fluid levels were properly filled. All this and a complete oil change in about 10 mins. They also made sure my windshield was clean before leaving. Easily a 5 out of 5 stars.

Staff is always informative and prompt to get the job done.

The employees were super friendly, professional and respectful. I was in and out in no time. I will be sure to go back for my next oil change.

We went to get a bulb replaced in our vehicle. We were greeted with a friendly technician. When I asked about the bulb replacement for my back brake lights, he said they offered that service. It didn't take long at all. They are very reasonably priced, and I ended up paying less than I thought it would be. A very good experience with very professional staff.

Every time I come to this place I am always treated with respect. I am never pressured into getting all work done. They explain the steps, what should be done within reason and never just “does” the work without my permission. I will FOREVER go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes and general checkups. I know when the time comes for needed additional work, I will come here and they will treat me with respect!!!

Friendly techs got it done in under 20 minutes including filter and fluid checks. Good price too.
