Excellent service took a little longer than expected however, the tech and GM were very accommodating.

The workers are always so nice and informative, they answer all my questions. They get you in and out in a decent time and I never have a bad experience!

Clean waiting room, water available, explanation given and explained well. Discount added made a difference.

The young men there were very courteous, polite, and asked the right questions while I sat in my truck real engaging

I never thought I would write a review for Jiffy Lube but here I am! Lol. I felt compelled to write this because of the amazing service that was just provided by Isaac. He was so kind and friendly and helpful, but not in a salesy way. He seems like a genuinely good person who wanted to help me out. Much appreciated!!

Friendly staff, and a clean, COOL waiting area - even gave me an ice cold water while I waited. Also transparent about prices and offered me cheaper and more expensive options to choose from. Fast service and all were smiling and friendly. Good service for a fair price.

I got my oil changed today at your location and the customer service was outstanding. Normally, I get my oil changed closer to my home at the jiffy lube off Potranco and 1604, but since I had a doctor's appointment on your side of town, I decided to take go to your location. I am so happy that I did. Everyone was so friendly and personable. They made sure I was comfortable and understood all that was going on. The JL off Potranco could really take some pointers fron these guys. I truly appreciate how they took care of me and how they made me feel

I have been coming here frctionsor 10 years mostly for inspections, the staff changes but they are always quick and professional. Love the veterans discount.

I usually have my oil done elsewhere but no wait and the price was right. Not too pushy on the extra services and when they mentioned one particular service I was reminded that I did need it, and it was reasonably priced! Great service!

Look for coupons online. They almost always have coupons.
