Exceptional customer service, they manager & assistant manager were so kind & helpful & I didn’t felt pressured to add services but the were offered & explained where I felt comfortable either denying or accepting certain additional services on top of my period oil change. 48 hours after service has been done... This is one of the BEST locations that Jiffy Lube has in all of Bexar County. Jeb, Alejandro and crew from beginning to end treated me beautifully and got me taken care of promptly. I shared concerns regarding another location around the corner on Fredericksburg road, and they renewed my respect for Jiffy Lube after my services were completed. They deserve great praise from Senior Leadership and thank you all once again fellas for everything!

Fast great service. The gentlemen that serviced the car were well versed in their products and I did add a gasoline enhancement fluid. The only thing that disappointed me was that their vacuum was out of service.

Outstanding service. All issues I addressed were taken care of as well as issues the employees found that were due for maintenance. No pressure sales but honest assessment of the condition of my vehicle. This made for a great experience and will return to service my other vehicles.
