Great people and service was fast.

Great customer service, wasn't forced to buy extras that I didn't need or want. And the complementary water and air conditioned waiting room was a plus. Will definitely be back for future services.

Friendly. Fast n quality

I called ahead to say I would be there by 5pm for a new serpentine belt. Jed (manager) made sure his mechanic was there. They pulled my vehicle in right away, pulled off the old belt and called Auto Zone to deliver a new one. After 3 persistent phone calls, one delivery of the wrong belt, and about 45 minutes later, Jed drove to Auto Zone himself and came back with a better belt. David (asst manager) was keeping me posted on the situation. My vehicle was ready to go within 15 minutes of installation. I appreciate the customer service this location has been providing, and appreciate the mechanic(s) sticking around until the job was done. Someone needs to teach Auto Zone how to communicate properly, they kept telling Jed the delivery was on the way, they are only 5 minutes away. I finally left at 6:30. AZ made me miss an appointment. I can’t remember his name but he was a young man with a pony tail and was so nice and professional. It was only him and another gentleman there due to call ins and he chose to do my oil change even though he hadn’t had a lunch break. I told him I would wait but insisted on doing my vehicle anyway. He did a great job.

Jed is the store manager at this location is FANTASTIC!!!! He is personable as well as professional and really knows his stuff. Our family has been taking our vehicles here for years!!! And SO SHOULD YOU!!!

Great location. Great rep that was working on my vehicle. He didn’t try to up sale me on other items. He just gave me his honest opinion and that goes along way for me. Oil change , only 141.00. Wow. John did an outstanding job. In and out in 20 minutes with a car in front of me.

Great experience with this Jiffy lube location. Staff are friendly, and service was pretty fast for oil and power steering fluid change.

Exceptional customer service, they manager & assistant manager were so kind & helpful & I didn’t felt pressured to add services but the were offered & explained where I felt comfortable either denying or accepting certain additional services on top of my period oil change.
