Great location. Great rep that was working on my vehicle. He didn’t try to up sale me on other items. He just gave me his honest opinion and that goes along way for me. Because of that the next time I go I will be getting the recommendations he said I still had time to wait on. Great place. I highly recommend

Exceptional customer service, they manager & assistant manager were so kind & helpful & I didn’t felt pressured to add services but the were offered & explained where I felt comfortable either denying or accepting certain additional services on top of my period oil change. 48 hours after service has been done... This is one of the BEST locations that Jiffy Lube has in all of Bexar County. Jeb, Alejandro and crew from beginning to end treated me beautifully and got me taken care of promptly. I shared concerns regarding another location around the corner on Fredericksburg road, and they renewed my respect for Jiffy Lube after my services were completed. They deserve great praise from Senior Leadership and thank you all once again fellas for everything!
