Great easy transparent and quick service. Guys in the shop were friendly and very helpful.

Never had an issue with the guys at this location. They are always quick and to the point along with being very informative!

Everything was great until I couldn't open my glove box, and once I did, it fell off. My husband figured it out and fixed it. I almost went back.

So, I went into Jiffy Lube today and the nicest young man helped me today! I got in right away , it was easy on my pocket book as I am low on funds. The men at this job really helped me and were so well mannered and gentlemanly! I will go back! Thank you Culebra Jiffy Lube. You made my day!

I feel there are two bogus charges on my bill. One is $9.99 for Shop Supplies. If I bring my own tools next time, will I be able to avoid this charge? The other bogus charges is a Parts Tax. The fact that I didn’t purchase any parts (I had an oil change and a tire rotation), why am I being charged tax on parts I didn’t purchase. The gentlemen I spoke with and the ones doing the work have exceptional customer service skills (except for the cashier - he wasn’t friendly, nor unfriendly, he just rang it up and told me to sign). I really liked Ruben and two other gentlemen (I did not get their names). But unfortunately these bogus charges totaling almost $16.00 will probably make me look elsewhere before bringing my Jeep back for service.

Tremendous fast great work. Supervisor extremely courteous and knows his workers and the work they perform.

Had an oil change done. During the change a hose accidentally was dislodged. I had to go back a couple days later because my check engine light came on immediately. They fixed it no questions asked. Accidents happened. We are only human.

Staff has always been very professional and kind.

The Jiffy Lube on Culebra in Alamo Ranch is tops in customer service, technical and professionalism for auto repair and maintenance. Always a great experience and quality work in the shortest time possible. The Manager Shayne is outstanding and knowns how to run shop.

I love taking my cars to the Culebra store. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I feel confident that the services are done right.

This locations is always quick now and do honest work. Im in and out for an oil change now and they allow me to use multiple coupons to help me save since I usually pay $130 almost wothout any . Waiting room is always clean and stocked with water. They actually allow u to pick if u want to wait in ur car or the office area with new management that took over

Great service always. These guys provide great customer service, good work, and timely service. Employees are courteous and respectful, and they often offer discounts in their service. I definitely recommend this particular Jiffy Lube (Culebra location by Alamo ranch). I have been taking all my vehicles to these guys for years. They know my vehicles! Never a complain, always quality service.
