Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 11877 FM 1957, SAN ANTONIO, TX, 78253

“Well oiled machine” at this location! Stopped to check availability/ pricing for an oil change, 25 mins later and only $55, oil change was done and on my way. Great crew!

These guys knock it out of the park every time.

Ruben the manager went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. I highly recommend this location and the manager Ruben. They got me in and out extremely fast even though it was very busy, and I was getting a tire rotation and oil change ! Highly recommend! Ruben is a great leader I can tell by the way the technicians were trained.

The oil change service was quick and done in a timely manner. The attendant was very professional and made sure I knew what services they were providing

Fantastic service from Nate, Ray, and Jr. stop by soon and get your Matchbox car while supplies last

I appreciate the everyone here. Professional and helpful every time I get service. Quick service, less than 30 min. Also, thank you Nate for your help and sense of humor!

Great service

I have been going to this establishment for years and I keep coming back because of their impeccable customer service. They open and hold the door open for me, they use respectful etiquette and they don’t impose unnecessary services. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to others.

Great service, quick , simple and very informative.

Above and beyond

I took my husband’s truck in for an oil change today, and I was really impressed with the new management and team at this Jiffy Lube. Marcus and his team were efficient, quick, and thorough from start to finish. He explained what they were doing and pointed out some upcoming maintenance items and things to keep an eye on, but I never felt pressured or like he was just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I really appreciated the honest recommendations. They also checked the tire pressure and reset all of my settings before I left. And with the rain coming down HARD today in San Antonio, Marcus walked me all the way out to the truck with an umbrella so I wouldn’t get soaked. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, but that small gesture really stood out to me. Great service, attention to detail, and genuinely thoughtful customer care. It’s nice to see a team that takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Marcus and his team!

Went in with concerns on my car. The guy went into details on what they were going to do and a rough estimate. I left the car there because I had to go to work. They called me as soon as they found the issue and gave me a price I couldn’t resist. So much less than other competitors. I added on an oil change and overall I’m completely satisfied. I’m telling my family and friends. I will definitely go back for my car needs.

Nathan was wonderful, explained to me what services were needed for my vehicle. The entire staff there was pleasant I will return .

Great service! Quick ,easy & affordable

Nate took care of both my vehicles in a timely manner and made sure it was all done correctly. Definitely coming back. Thank you

My tech was informative and professional.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube. I brought in my company vehicle for an oil change, and the team got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the service. Definitely recommend this location.

Excellent costumer service extremely professional

Nate gave great service!!!!

Every time I go here, the guys get me in and out super quickly! This location is professional, friendly, and very efficient.

Very reliable and get the job done fast. I have been going to this location for 6 years for both of my vehicles and have nothing but good things to say about the workers and service I receive each time I go for oil, fluid changes, filter replacements, car inspections, and more. I would recommend stopping by if you are in need of car service.

Great service! Manager and employees were helpful and service was extremely quick. Price was a bit steep, though.

He was kind, courteous, professional, and quick at the job. God bless him and his family..

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! Ruben, the manager, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. His communication was outstanding—he kept me informed about my vehicle, explained what was being done, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the service. The entire crew did a great job working on my vehicle, and you could tell they worked together as a team. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to customer service. Big shoutout to Ruben and the whole Jiffy Lube crew! It’s always good when you can take your vehicle somewhere and feel like the people working on it actually care about the service they provide. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a solid team that communicates and takes care of their customers. ???????? 5 stars from me! ?????

Work was quick and efficient . Workers were polite. Recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years, had a few issues in the past that were rectified by management. I came in today and found the location to be under new management and noted several new employees. The service before was ok, but my experience today was excellent, service was expedient and staff appear to function as a more organized team. I brought in a total of 3 vehicles today.

Ruben and Team were great, had me out of there in 15 minutes!

Good customer service, and great job

Great and fast service! Ruben the assistant manager even helped my cost by getting me a discount! I really appreciate how easy and affordable this visit cost and will be bringing my other vehicles here in the future
