Go to this Jiffy Lube on Bandera, they’re awesome. I went to a Take 5 right before going here and they told me ‘it’s against their policy to tell me how long the wait is’ for an oil change. Here there was no wait and they were very nice and professional.

These guys took really care of my vehicle and went above and beyond to complete the services needed.

Came to get an oil change. There was one car in front of me and I was out in 20 minutes. Staff were quick, efficient, and professional. They were not pushy about upgrades or other car maintenance. Love that they always have coupons!

I was in a hurry, Ihad my mother with me who has limited mobility and my teenage daughter, we were all very annoyed that day but still needed the oil changed…. Anyways when I asked the employee if we can just stay in the car, he mentioned it was against policy and after I explained my mother’s mobility issue, he went ahead and let us sit in the car. They were quick, kind and affordable. I personally was impressed by the customer service and the employee being so kind. When I exited the vehicle to go in and pay; the lobby was very clean.
