Love going to jiffy lube! I’ve been a loyal customer for about 7 years now and every single time, no matter what location I go to, or what it is that I’m bringing my car for, they always have excellent customer service and are super nice. I appreciate so much that they place the oil change sticker on the corner of your windshield when you go for an oil change because without it, I wouldn’t keep track of when I need to change it, I probably should but the sticker helps so much! I also love that I never feel like they’re pressuring me into buying any of their products for the sake of me giving them more money, but it truly does feel like they genuinely like cars and care about them and are really trying to give good advise to keep my car in a decent state rather than ill advising to gain more money. Price wise I don’t think they’re bad, they could for sure be cheaper but there are much more expensive places out there, I feel like here you’re paying for what you’re getting ??. Little sweet side story- one day I was going to jiffy lube after work so I got to a location close by, almost at the time that they were about to close but they were very kind and allowed me to stay because my car did really need some checking so, they let me stay in the little waiting area while they checked whatever had been going on with my car. Even though that day had been cloudy all day, none of us expected a freaking thunderstorm to come down out of nowhere! The few minutes I was in there it started pouring like it was nobody’s business and I could see through the windows that the street right in front was basically getting flooded. And even though by this point they were officially closed, they told me I could stay and wait until the rain calmed down and that they’d wait with me. Granted, they also didn’t wanna drive themselves in that kind of weather lol but I was so surprised by the genuine nice gesture and care like, they didn’t wanna send me out there like that. I don’t know many companies that would do that for their customers.

Go to this Jiffy Lube on Bandera, they’re awesome. I went to a Take 5 right before going here and they told me ‘it’s against their policy to tell me how long the wait is’ for an oil change. Here there was no wait and they were very nice and professional.

These guys took really care of my vehicle and went above and beyond to complete the services needed.

Came to get an oil change. There was one car in front of me and I was out in 20 minutes. Staff were quick, efficient, and professional. They were not pushy about upgrades or other car maintenance. Love that they always have coupons!

I was in a hurry, Ihad my mother with me who has limited mobility and my teenage daughter, we were all very annoyed that day but still needed the oil changed…. Anyways when I asked the employee if we can just stay in the car, he mentioned it was against policy and after I explained my mother’s mobility issue, he went ahead and let us sit in the car. They were quick, kind and affordable. I personally was impressed by the customer service and the employee being so kind. When I exited the vehicle to go in and pay; the lobby was very clean.
