Great experience. They changed my oil and topped off my fluids. Since my husband had just replaced the cabin and engine air filters himself, they had no problem noting that in their system.

This location at Louetta Rd/Champion Forest Dr in Spring, Texas is the best! I drive out of my way to come here because they’re always professional, courteous and fast.

I just stoped by a emission inspection and David and his team were super friendly and very professional. They went above and beyond explaining in detail other issues that could arise in the future. I definitely recommend and will be coming back here to get state inspections and oil change.

Oil changes have become pretty expensive lately, especially if you want fancy synthetic oil, so it is imperative for places like this to give good service. This location went the extra mile for me. When I wanted wipers changed and they didn't have the right size on hand, the manager fetched them from another location. Not to brag, but I just turned 100,000 miles with nothing but regular maintenance. Change your oil, people.

Jiffy Lube was absolutely amazing today! I went in for my state inspection, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure to add on services I didn’t need — just honest, helpful guidance. They even took time to explain how to fix the cloudy look on my headlights and let me know about a discount option (normally around $40 a piece, but about 25% off!). That kind of transparency and value really stands out. Great atmosphere, great pricing, and great people. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I felt like I received excellent treatment for my 2019 Ford Escape. The inspection was thoroughly described and the needed fluids and new windshield wipers were installed quickly. The staff members were both friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to future business at the Louetta location.
