Oil change was fine but they didn't properly put the bottom of my car back on. I didn't know this until I was going over 40 mph on the highway. *Update* Went by and they fixed rhe problem immediately. Thank y'all

I had a great experience getting an oil change for my car done at this Jiffy Lube #3286. It's close to my house, which makes it super convenient. But, what really stood out was the customer service. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Josiah. He took in my information, explained the services offered, didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need and even offered me a coupon that saved me money! Joshua guided me onto the ramp and along side with Michael, managed the process above ground and Nicholas handled the actual oil change in the pit. EVERYONE was super friendly, helpful and respectful. The oil change was done quickly and professionally. I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location! Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!
