I had a great experience getting an oil change for my car done at this Jiffy Lube #3286. It's close to my house, which makes it super convenient. But, what really stood out was the customer service. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Josiah. He took in my information, explained the services offered, didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need and even offered me a coupon that saved me money! Joshua guided me onto the ramp and along side with Michael, managed the process above ground and Nicholas handled the actual oil change in the pit. EVERYONE was super friendly, helpful and respectful. The oil change was done quickly and professionally. I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location! Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!

Correction to my original post. The used the wrong synthetic oil weight 5W-20 but asked me to come back and have the oil changed with the correct 0W-20 at no charge. They were genuinely apologetic. Thank you for correcting the mistake and genuinely care about customer satisfaction

Excellent Service and Employees

Staff friendly. Very knowledgeable. I went in for a vehicle inspection. Got a general quote for an oil change for a newer Nissan Murano and a price for the interior filter. Better pricing than my dealer.

Friendly, fast, and very professional. Was just an inspection, but think I’ll go back for my oil changes there now too.

My experience at this Jiffy Lube location was fantastic. They changed the oil and did the inspection quickly and professionally. They also diagnosed a couple other things I needed to tend to on my vehicle. When I inquired about them doing the work, they explained everything and the costs very thoroughly and also said they were not equipped to do one of the items but recommended I have it done soon. To avoid potentially larger issues. I’ll be back. The manager and his staff were wonderful.
