They were so quick! In and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was Very sweet and helpful! And the vibe was immaculate. They were professional and still managed to have fun with their teammates. Erik was so good. Will definitely be back!

Kimani runs a tight ship at this Jiffy Lube, and it shows throughout his staff and the cleanliness of the shop and waiting area. I was greeted at my car, and explained what I needed. The service staff then repeated my request and gave me a time estimate. Kimani was quite busy…running the shop, completing tasks in the emissions bay and checking on all staff members.

They were very informative about details about my car which I already knew but they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They also gave me a discount on some of the things my car needed. Thank you Taylor team is was greatly appreciated.

Went in for an emissions check and had everything done in less than an hour! Before taking your car, the team gives you a pretty detailed estimate on how long it will take and what could make that change. I went in on a Sunday around 1/1:15 and got a call at 1:53 that it was all ready. The customer service is fantastic at this location. Every time I've come in they are super polite and patient. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, they really do make the process painless! The staff creates a very welcoming environment and have a lot of respect for their customers. So I'd say even if the wait times are longer on average, this is still a great place to go. Go get a snack at HEB or explore the Dollar Tree and time will fly in an instant.

Dante took excellent care of my car and was professional all throughout. I typically dont care where I go to get my oil changed but Dante made everything quick and easy. Further more, he brought to my attention some services that I have been neglecting for my car and carefully explained to me in easy to unde terms the importance of properly getting my transmission fluid attended to. I will be making an effort to come back for his services for future oil changes and any extra car needs.

Went in for State Inspection. Great service. Friendly Staff. They checked air filter, fluids, etc. and made recommendations, did not try to upsell me, only recommended what was needed.

The service was EXCELLENT. The gentleman who serviced my car (Dante) was very informative and pleasant. I will definitely go to him for future services.

Courteous and quick for emissions check, 2nd year in a row going here. They will ask upfront if you want anything else checked other than what you brought your vehicle in for. Good experience.

Kimani and Dante were excellent—professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They got everything done quickly without cutting corners and never tried to upsell anything I didn’t need. I really appreciated that they used test strips to show exactly what was going on and backed up their recommendations with real data. Honest, transparent, and highly recommend.

The experience was quick, in and out. However, even in these speedy times, Dante stood out. All of the employees were helpful, but Dante was noteworthy. He was courteous, kind, and efficient. He was polite and listed off everything going on with my vehicle, from an, "easy to understand" conversation. Thank you to the other two fellas that helped, but shout out to Dante.

Great place ??! Got the oil change & oil filter change for the diesel ?? truck. The hospitality was 100/10 and what a great & kind attitude/atmosphere! Will definitely make this my favorite spot for maintenance and future needs!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You can sit and wait (lobby)with fresh cold water! ???????????? Advice: buy your supplies first then just pay for the labor/work cost it will be cheaper ??.
