Ivan assisted us with our RAM Promaster today. He was friendly, patient and most importantly very professional. The entire crew was friendly and professional. Oh oh the lobby and restroom was clean and neat.

Eric, the GM, is the best!! I will def be coming back here just for the customer service alone. Eric is very personable and has great energy. They hooked me up after I had just waited a long time at take5 and they made me whole. So glad I came here! I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Fast, convenient service - friendly, professional, multiple well trained associates focused on changing my oil and air filter. _ I like being able to sit in my vehicle while they are changing my oil.

Went to Take 5 oil change and they said their systems were down. Searched oil change in Google Maps and it brought me 2 mins down the road to Jiffy Lube. I thank God for delays and detours. Eric was the best top tier customer service I ever received at a lube station. Excellent energy. Energy is a currency and this man is rich with it. Excellent. Will be back here in 3000 miles.

I just stopped to ask if they could look under my car due to a leak. The guys not only looked for the leak but tightened my oil plug and filter and topped off my oil. They were awesome and I appreciate their help!

The Jiffy Lube team in Temple, TX was excellent from start to finish. I would like to mention Ashley P., Paul B., Cordaryl S, and Zane U. From start to finish, I could not have asked for better. I especially appreciated how much service was performed on my Malibu, not to mention I had a cool, clean waiting area, and the courtesy was outstanding. I have been with them since 2020 and I will return when I need another oil change. Thanks, team!
