I've used this location for oil changes and other services for all three of our vehicles. They are very quick, accurate, respectful/professional, and affordable.

It was a very good experience. They even rotated my tires for me. They were very polite and explained all the different charges and gave me an estimate on two new tires that I will need in the near future. I will definitely be using them again.

I am new to the Tyler area I took my car into the Jiffy Lube on highway 69 for an oil change as I pulled in I had a totally different problem with my car. The service men there were wonderful and help me fix it. I then went on for my oil changed. They went beyond their way to be helpful. Thank you

This place was super clean. No wait the guys got us in and out so fast and all staff was super nice and friendly! This will be the only place we go from now on to get an oil change.

The service I received today was nothing short of exceptional. I unknowingly presented an expired coupon which the team honored even though they did not have to - which speaks volumes. Every team member I spoke to was upbeat, kind, and professional. I was advised on all of the services my vehicle needed and did not feel any pressure to spend more or get additional services. The service was very efficient especially compared to competitors in the area. The experience here was such a breath of fresh air and I will be back!

The staff was great very thorough and nice. I just moved here a year ago and this is the third time I’ve been to this location of Jiffy Lube. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend they’re super quick too.

Christian and the other gentleman were super quick and did an excellent job flushing my engine and changing my oil. Christian is very professional and very good at explaining the necessities your vehicle needs before you have real expensive issues in the future. Will come here for all my oil changes. %100 worth it.
