The staff was great very thorough and nice. I just moved here a year ago and this is the third time I’ve been to this location of Jiffy Lube. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend they’re super quick too.

Christian and the other gentleman were super quick and did an excellent job flushing my engine and changing my oil. Christian is very professional and very good at explaining the necessities your vehicle needs before you have real expensive issues in the future. Will come here for all my oil changes. %100 worth it.

Today’s experience was great. The guys were quick and efficient didn’t have to wait in the long line of cars was able to get in and out get back on the road grab dinner. I make it home in time. I’ve used Jiffy Lube on enough for many years and after today’s visit, I’ll definitely make sure to bring my car back.

?????????? Shoutout to Chase (and both Chases!) at Jiffy Lube This review is definitely overdue, but great service deserves to be recognized, even weeks later. There were actually two Chases working that day, and both of them did an excellent job. Super professional, friendly, and expeditious from start to finish. They helped us out when we were dealing with worn brake pads and took care of what I think was the brake fluid (listen… I’m not a mechanic ??). What I do know is that they explained everything clearly, didn’t make us feel rushed or talked down to, and got us safely back on the road fast. The service was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, exactly what you want. Huge thanks to both Chases for taking care of us and making the whole experience easy. Better late than never, right? Highly recommend!

These guys were so nice! They explained everything in detail. I took my care to the Chevrolet house previously and I was concerned that the oil was not changed. I highly recommend this location and stay away from Chevrolet!

Jiffy Lube on South Broadway is fast, friendly, and runs like a well-oiled machine (pun fully intended). I came in for an oil change and had my cabin air filter replaced. The staff was genuinely welcoming and got me in and out quick. At checkout, the gentleman even added a coupon that dropped my total from $195 to $165 — and I appreciated that more than he knows. That said… $165 for a simple oil change on a 2019 Nissan Armada still feels like highway robbery, even with the discount. Great service absolutely earns points, but the price tag still stings. I’d come back for the speed and professionalism — just with my wallet bracing for impact. ??

Everyone was so polite, kind and helpful. We had a great experience!! They were prepared and worked together as a team to get our tires on so fast....ww were really impressed! Everyone also had a cheerful attitude like they really enjoyed taking care of us!!

Fast service & GREAT SERVICE

My battery was not turning over properly due to the cold weather, I came in for them to replace it, and had the easiest time. Communication was on point and they even got me in and out in less time than they had quoted.

It was so easy to chat with them, a really nice experience. They even hooked me up with discounts, which made it a 5-star visit for me. This was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and I promise it won't be my last.

Drive a Japanese import 370z nismo did an excellent job brought in my own filters and my own plugs and they accommodated everything. Just great service.

We would like to thank the crew for their professionalism and kindness during our visit today between 11:30 and 11:45 AM. Aiden, Chase, and Jake were absolutely amazing! We were highly impressed with how this team worked together! We’ve never been to a Jiffy Lube before, but this experience was one for the books! Thanks guys!
