Take 5 down the street couldn't get my oil filter off, which was frustrating. Instead of fixing the problem they told me to go back to this jiffy lube, which I had been to before. The staff was amazing got it fixed no stress thank you !

I took my 2008 V8 ford explorer in the day after Christmas to get my oil changed. Jonathan and Tio were amazing and really helped me out as I was on a budget. Pep Boys over off of Walzem screwed me over because from what these two gentleman said, there was caked on oil all over the interior workings of my car. Pep Boys is the last place I got the oil changed at. Anyway, the guys at Jiffy Lubr really helped me out, super friendly, worked with me, and I can’t thank them enough. My car runs ALOT better now. Honest, quick, and it was overall a really good experience. I appreciate them and will be going back.

Oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. Friendly and helpful employees. They walk you through things your car needs and why without pushing any sale. Definitely my go to car place now, worth the drive.

As always, we were in and out in a jiffy! Tio was friendly and helpful. One tire had low pressure but he looked at all my tires and found a nail in different one.

I really wanted to give a shout out to Oscar as he was extremely helpful for getting the oil filter that works best for my vehicle. He was very accommodating and professional. I appreciate his help and that is why I continue to use this Jiffy Lube! I would also like to mention the entire crew is always very polite.

I went to jiffy lube in unversial city they were fast I downloaded a coupon that saved me 26.00 very highly recommend. For a oil change.

After my last visit I would NOT recommend this place for an oil change, they couldn’t even apparently put on a simple oil filter correctly!! Good thing I regularly check my dip stick or I could have experienced some damage to my motor due to their incompetency and negligence smh, the cleaned up pic is after I tightened the filter about a quarter turn smh. 5 stars just to make sure it’s posted.
