The workers at this Jiffy Lube are great! Customer service is top notch. Audrey was the main gal I worked with today, but every employee was wonderful.

Bad battery Kendall got bad one out her back in and did not lose all the settings in the car. Great to get job done right & quickly . Thanks y'all.

This location in Waxahachie has the nicest staff and they always take such good care of me and all of my vehicles

They serviced my car well, I used to go to Walmart to get my car serviced for my routine oil change, found out that my air filter and cabin air filter were never changed and other things. But thankfully they fixed it and I’m happy for them informing me about everything

Got my oil change and they did an excellent job, Mr. Kendal did a great job and it was my first time there and they definitely got a new customer for sure.!!

Stepped out of my car and a guy ran up and asked what I needed. He immediately asked for my keys and took it into a bay. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Good Job Jiffy Lube staff.

We love the service we get at Jiffy Lube here in Waxahachie. The short haired female, sorry we didn’t get her name is phenomenal. She knows her stuff!!! She makes us feel so comfortable with the services we got!! She’s an asset!

From the beginning I met Justin and I explained to him my situation. I had an oil changed done two days prior, but they overfilled my oil level. Justin went to Jess and they said they would drain a couple of quarts, but Kellie the technician stated that the oil looked too dirty to have been recently changed. They decided that the best thing was to just give me a completely new oil change. I travel a lot, but I know whenever I'm in the area I'm definitely returning.

I had an AMAZING experience at this Jiffy Lube. As soon as I pulled in, I was immediately assisted and given clear, helpful information about the service. When I went inside, the lobby was clean and warm- which I really appreciated since it was about 42 degrees outside ??. While I waited, one of the staff members came in to explain a few things my car was overdue for. She took the time to walk me through all my options without pressure and made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions I was making. As a woman, I’m often wary when it comes to getting car maintenance done, but this location and its entire staff made me feel respected, informed, and confident. Great service, great quality, and a great price. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in for headlights restoration and left happy with briter night vision . The Team at this location is knowledgeable and professional in handling various automotive issues.

Had a really great experience, they were quick about my inspection and were honest about my vehicles inspection. 10/10 would recommend XD
