I drop off and pick up, they're always really nice, I should've checked my email from my last oil change because I had a coupon... not their fault but irritating all the same that I could've saved quite a bit... Will be back soon for the suggested services...

The oil change service was done quickly and professionally using specialized tools. The team performed a full inspection of the vehicle and also replaced the oil in the rear differential. Very efficient and high-quality service

Excellent service since i moved to Houston Ive been searching for a full service oil change place and Jiffy went over my expectations.

Folk are really nice and help you to get a good deal if you're price conscious. Their signature service package came up to around $50 after a coupon (I brought in the oil and filter) and includes some preventative maintenance checks. Worth the price!

I went for an oil change, that’s all I was going to do there today but the nice gentleman pointed out a few other things they could do so I ended up getting my wipers, my light replaced toed up my fluids. Very nice experience.

Service techs were knowledgeable and experienced. Did a fine job - checked and filled all fluids and gave useful information to needed replacements and were thorough.

The people working were friendly and provided detailed information about additional options without trying to pressure me into unnecessary services. They were quick and stayed within their promised time to completion. The car is running very smoothly after their services.

Went in for an inspection they noticed I needed my air filter replaced they didn’t pressure me or anything into it but I did get it done because I could tell I needed it and I knew it had been a while since I last did it, we were in and out in less than maybe 20 min max and everyone was friendly and did a great job.

I have been here many times in the past. Fast, friendly, efficient service. On arrival, I made it clear I was only there for emissions service, they did not try to talk me into anything other than what I came in for. I recommend them. I will also mention here that my car had recieved fender to fender maintenance 2 months ago. I did not tell them that.

This place is great! Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Facility is clean and well organized. Prices are up front and fair and the staff is not aggressive or predatory in their approach to up sell services. Overall have had great experiences over the last 2 services. Recommended.

2026 Update: I've been coming here for years and this location is consistently excellent. No wasted time, no pushy up sells, friendly people and reasonable prices. These guys are fast. No BS. If they offer an extra service that I am not interested in, they don't push me. Makes it very convenient. Also while your oil is being changed, pull up this location on the jiffy lube website and get a coupon. They can scan it from your phone. Easy way to save $10.
