Fast service on car inspection, friendly n honest

Great service

Went on Saturday morning right when they opened, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and fast. Yusuf especially, along with another gentleman who helped me, provided great customer service. I really appreciated how friendly and efficient they were. Highly recommend!

I brought my new-to-me 2020 Camry Hybrid in for an oil change. It was done quickly. I was able to use a coupon that I had found online to get $26 off the price. I appreciate their quick turnaround.

I went to Jiffy Lube today for my state inspection, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted right away, escorted to the waiting area, and offered a bottle of water while I waited. The inspection was completed quickly, and the entire process was fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and professional. They let me know that my engine air filter was pretty dirty and recommended replacing it, but there was no pressure to buy anything. They also offered me a $20 discount if I decided to purchase a new air filter. Since I really needed one, I went ahead and replaced it. I appreciated the discount and their honest, helpful approach. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and everyone was courteous and welcoming. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and will definitely be back!

My first time visiting this Jiffy Lube for car service. Very accommodating. Completed all the work I needed done in a fair amount of time. The manager and all the staff were super nice. Cost was very reasonable. Many of the other customers in the waiting room were regular long time customers and were reassuring this establishment was reputable.

Excellent State inspection too

I recently visited the location on El Dorado Blvd. for a car inspection. While there, it was discovered I also needed to replace a couple of filters. I appreciated how the staff showed me the ones needing to be replaced and took care of it for me. They always so such a great job for me and are so friendly and professional. Special shout out to Gabriela and Cristal who assisted me on this last visit. They are part of the reason why I will continue to go to this location.

They were extremely busy but they got my inspection done quickly and I saw quick rotation on the oil change cars. They're fast

I received an email that my sticker needed renewal. I was already running errands, so I googled the closest place to get an emissions test. This Jiffy Lube was the closest on the list. I drove over and there were 2 oil changes in the drive thru stalls. Gabriela said it would be a 10 - 15 minute wait until they could get to my car. I was OK with the wait and she lead me to the waiting room where 2 other ladies were waiting. I barely got settled before a customer was told her service was done, so my car was pulled in about that time. I wasn't there 20 - 25 minutes before I was called to pay for my testing. The information they had on file was old, but they corrected it quickly and I was on my way. I'm very pleased with the quick results.
