We took in 2 vehicles today, one passed inspection & the other did not. They were amazing at explaining what to do to fix the car. We came back and it passed. Justin and Henry are the best! I cannot recommend this location enough!!!

"Great experience at this location today. They performed a full Signature Service oil change and replaced my cabin/engine air filter. Speed: Very fast—hardly any wait time. Service: The technician showed me my old filter so I could see why it needed changing, which I appreciated. Price: Fair for the convenience and speed. Highly recommend this Wylie,Texas team if you need a quick tune-up."

Went here to do an inspection to get my bronco sport registered, they came out to my vehicle when I pulled into the jiffy lube, person who asked me what I needed was very kind to me and helped my right away. They were great at giving instructions on what to do as it was my first time ever getting an inspection done. It was as simple as leaving the keys in the car giving them my insurance card and waiting for the paperwork. I do notice they had a very clean lobby, the people working there were very respectful even though I had no idea how the process worked. They even helped me out with my questions about how to do the registration afterwards. 10/10 will be coming back for any maintenance needs or inspections. Definitely recommend the techs: Richard, and Jacob who did my service today. It was also very cheap as well when I was expecting more than 20$ it turned out a little less pricey. Good job jiffy lube techs!

Fast and quick friendly service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My only issue is: I was sold on the cabin air filter because I was told it was on sale for 50 percent off and I was still charged full price.

The service rep was polite and seemed knowledgeable about all services provided. I was pleased with the service of everyone who worked on my car.
