They patched my tire that had a nail in it. I have 2 special needs kids. We were in and out fast which made it easy with my kiddos

After having my worst first time experience driving to “Express-Oil Change in Pleasant Grove” by their Manager Michael and his horrible Crew Members Daniel; having you Shannon taking care of my needs, with my oil change felt more like a hug to my soul besides of course, with the Great Service you delivered!

We went in just to check the tire pressures, and Thomas was very kind and welcoming to us. It’s a free service, but they took incredible care of us. Made us feel great, and we’ll come back for sure!

I really appreciate the friendly staff and how well I felt taken care of. There is a very nice lady who works there that explained things to me in a way I can understand. Them being an On the Spot renewal location is a big plus.

In November 2025, we visited Jiffy Lube in American Fork, Utah. On Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th, this American Fork Jiffy Lube is opening an hour earlier than usual, at 7 AM, to provide free oil changes for Veterans. We are happy that Jiffy Lube treats Veterans so well and provides them with a free oil change. We are pleased with the quality and timeliness of this oil change service.

I was thoroughly impressed with everyone of the employees at the American Fork Jiffy Lube today. Keep up the great work! I will be back!

This location exceeded my expectations! Had to get an oil change and was dreading the experience but once I was there the men were very respectful, helpful and were also very quick my service. I was in there for only about 1/2 an hr on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you boys!!

This Jiffy Lube location really took care of me. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they vacuumed my car out, filled the tires, coolant, wiper fluid, and made the car look nice. They were respectful, and very fast. I've been to other locations where the workers were patronizing and tried to convince me to get work done that i obviously didn't need. At this location, they were honest and let me make my choices without a hassle. Thanks for the great service!

I do not feel pressured to purchase services I do not want, but Jiffylube lets me know what factory recommendations are so that my car is in peak performance.

Friendly and fairly priced. Didn't have to wait too long. Only got part of the work done though because I needed a new part that they wouldn't warranty without replacing two parts. The second part was basically new though, so I didn't want to pay for it all over again. I'll have to go to my regular person. But it was a good place to stop by overall and I would go there again if needed.

The American fork Jiffy lube is always the best! In and out quickly and always very kind! 10/10 would come again!
