These guys were amazing. They were able to fix a problem caused by someone else with relative ease, and without making it a big deal or charging me an arm and a leg. They are knowledgeable, quick, and understanding. 10/10 recommend.

Kids were cool. Quick. Respectful. And the service was lightning fast, which can be good or bad. So, after letting my vehicle sit for a couple hours on a level surface, after the Jiffy service, I found the oil to be approximately a quart and a half over full. Too much pressure!

We had a check engine light sensor on our car come on, so they reset it with their diagnostic machine. We also needed the oil topped off. Great staff and service!

I’m from Utah County and needed an emissions test, but I came here and found out that they don’t do them because they’re not required in Iron County. Oh well. But I also wanted to check my tire pressure because the cold weather was making it drop. They quickly and efficiently filled up my tires and I was good to go. Great service!

I’ve been in this shop before and everyone has been professional and courteous. Today I went in because my sticker showed I needed to get an oil change, but when they scanned my car, they said I still had another thousand miles before I need an oil change. I really really appreciate that honesty. They offered to top off the oil, which they did and I went on my way. :-)

This will be my new first choice for oil changes on my dog training service route vehicle. I've always had good experiences at Jiffy Lubes but this one I felt went the extra mile. I've had other locations skimp on the window and vacuum service but these guys did an immaculate job. More importantly, the tech noticed that I had a working dog and communicated with me about how the dog was secured as well as whether I needed to take the animals out due to the heat. I also sat with a client pet dog in the lobby and that dog was a bit restless and out of character today, and the staff did not make a big deal about it. I love that I can bring client dogs along into the lobby for a training activity multitasking with getting errands done. I just really appreciated the customer service here!!

One of the good California's. Out visiting family, needed an Oil change. I was treated with such respect. Took impeccable care of my Van. Not only was the customer service awesome, the work done was too. I drove away feeling so much better about my car and the long drive home. Thanks Utah. Happy 4th!!
