My car broke down at the Taco Bell next to this Jiffy Lube. I took it in and had them take a look at the check engine code. They did full on detective work by printing out a car fax report and pointing out the car's history and what might be wrong. They really did go above and beyond when they could have easily dismissed me. Shoutout to Riley in specific. Thanks fellas!

So friendly and informative!! Got oil changed and tires rotated and it was super fast!

So the manager had an irate customer yelling at him from considerably closer than I would ever tolerate and the manager was a rockstar. He maintained a smile the entire time, explained to the customer how the total was obtained and resolved the issue without a fistfight. I have managed multi million dollar businesses all my life and I own a business in Ogden. I wish I had found him before you did. He should be a corporate level trainer for customer service. At the very least he deserves recognition for customer service above and beyond what any reasonably person would have given that customer. I will definitely be back. And the other guy waiting on his vehicle, was equally as impressed.

I absolutely love the Jiffy Lube in Far West all the guys are so nice and respectful and I trust them I will go to them for my emissions my oil changes and probably forever and definitely a five-star as in amazingly wonderful

I generally do not like jiffy lube. This location though has been great. Very Helpful, they didn't try to rip me off. Quick service. Listened to me even though I am a woman without talking down to me.

Came in for a quick oil change and Tyler, Zach and Ryley were super on top of it, quick and professional. Appreciate their great customer service and professionalism.

They were super busy with everyone who waited until the last minute to get the emissions done on their car (myself included). The guys were knockin the cars out and working hard to get us all taken care of. They were cool and had it handled. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to others! Thanks guys! The manager here is great! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us when a used car we bought 2 days prior started acting up. He got it fixed for us and went the extra mile doing extra things for us all for less than they originally quoted us.

I took my car in for an oil change. The manager told me I needed my radiator flushed an air filter and cabin air filter replaced. I took my car to Paul’s Automotive in Syracuse for those items and he told me my radiator fluid was above specs and my air filters were good. I don’t know why Jiffylube does that. I am a single woman. I called Jiffylube back and spoke to the manager Erik. I informed him of what Paul’s Automotive said and Eric stated they make their mechanical maintenance suggestions on mileage only. They don’t check the radiator fluid. I asked him why they would upsell to single women or anyone who does not understand mechanics just to make more money. I asked for his manager’s name and he would not give it to me. He told me verbatim “I don’t give a shit what you think”. I will never go to that location ever again and I will tell them when I walk into other locations about this specific scenario so other locations don’t upswell me.
