Team was great, greeted me when I drove up, escorted me to the waiting room, offered me a service I didn't know I was due for ( brake flush). Went in fir an oil change. Great service from the North Ogden Team!!

Staff was excellent. Emissions Tech Chris Jensen was fast and efficient. Store manager also came over and just to make sure expectations were met.

Replaced fuel filter to fix water in fuel problem.

The mechanic (cool dude with a bunch of tattoos) was amazing. Explained why my car needed synthetic instead of conventional oil. Me living in a "I'm just a girl" world really got me thinking my car can take any oil. He is awesome and so nice! Definitely recommend to everyone to come here to get your oil change. Service was fast as well ??

Extremely pleased with Jiffy lube today. Traveling from Az. Home to Montana and had a seal start leaking on our rear differential. Pulled into Jiffy lube, and talked to the manager I think. Told him the issue. They fit me in immediately to fill the differential with fluid and get me on my way. I think it was under 15 minutes. Pleasant team and very fast. Most impressive was recognizing the urgency for us to get home. Thanks to the manager and the team. We alway use Jiffy lube, and as usual, this time did not disappoint !!!
