Ted Crus is a good guy.

Polite, quick and efficient

Jiffy Lube in Highland is my go to place for oil changes. They are centrally located and can generally get my oil serviced in a reasonable time depending on how busy they are. They are courteous and work to explain what they are doing. I would not get your cabin filter changed with them as they charge very high prices to do it, specifically the cost of the filter. If it is a service you don't know how to do and have not done for a long time or ever, then perhaps this is worth it but if you know how to do this service, then I'd do it on your own and get the cabin filter at a much lower price. Other than the cabin filter price, this Jiffy Lube does a good job.

They did my wife's Honda 2024 CRV annual emissions check and Utah registration renewal all at the same time -- and it only took 20 minutes. I was very impressed!

this place is super professional. They don’t try to overcharge you for things that you don’t need. Very clean and efficient. The people are really kind and fun to work with. They seem to be very knowledgeable about cars and oil changes, etc. I would definitely suggest getting your oil changed at this location.

Their service is driven on speed and efficiency, which I totally understand. The primary detractor is the fact that the location waiting area does feel like an unkept state hospital foyer. Get the waiting area spruced up and it’s a five star experience.

Quick and efficient. Love that I can get my registration done there as well. They NEED a changing table for moms and dads though.

They were quick with my oil change there were not any surprise charges. But the best part was they took the extra l time to make sure my check oil light went off.

Stopped this afternoon at the Highland, UT location for a 2000 mile overdue oil change -- or so we thought. The tech checked our record and it showed we had 3000 miles to go. It turned out the reminder sticker hadn't been changed the last time we got an oil change from another location. Ten thousand points for their honesty!

Fast, comfortable, helpful service. Exactly what I wanted, did not push for extra.

They were so quick! I came at 10:00 and I was out in 15 minutes. Edgar was awesome! I could feel he genuinely wanted to give me good service, he asked how my day was! And everyone said thank you for coming in.

With a literal family duo in this shop, I would say the experience would be truly unique. I’ve always heard about dishonest or people that did not want to tell you the truth and automotive. I found myself educated well, not only on regulations but options and options that were in my best interest not only financially, but Longevity was taken into consideration Which is the situation? I’ve never found myself in someone taking care enough of me where they were like. You’re probably gonna need this. Do you wanna feel taken care of and no great people did it come to this great shop I would take my family. I would take my dog. It was definitely worth the drive from Lehi to Alpine Just to get the Experience again!

I took my vehicle in for emissions and registration And I received by far the best customer service and quickest Vehicle Renewal But I’ve ever had from a Jiffy Lube! Would recommend this Highland store to anyone. 10/10

I had to have my brakes and rotors replaced and these guys were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the other places around us. They also got me in quickly while I waited which was a huge bonus.

This place is always amazing, great service, very friendly staff, and great prices. Awesome!

Every time I go, I get treated like a queen. Today when I was checking out, and always, the person who checks me out always finds a discount for me. Also, as I was walking out, Ted Cruz gave me his card with a discount, because I thought he was gruff. He is one of the nicest people ever, and Truly runs this Jiffy Lube beautifully! They seem like very tight family there with Ted Cruz at the helm! Thank you, thank you thank you, as I have always come there, I always will continue to!
