Aside from the issues I had at the beginning, I’m updating my review to 4 stars. After my last visit, Phil, the manager, personally reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. He offered to take care of my next oil change free of charge and assured me that they value doing things the right way. I’m really impressed with the integrity and accountability he showed. It means a lot when a business stands by their work and puts the customer first. I’ll definitely be giving them another chance.

I have been taking my cars here for a couple years for oil changes and we love coming to this jiffy lube. The staff has been so kind, get the work done fast, we always get to use a coupon which helps us feel like we get a great deal. But my biggest applause is to the staff. Always polite and helpful and have even told us we didn't need a service when we thought we did. We will happily keep returning. Thank you.

Huge shout out to the Hurricane Jiffy Lube, these guys went above and beyond in helping me get my rear tires back in order after having a blowout on the highway. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff!

Always friendly and efficient. I had an issue with my car after getting an oil change. They came to look at it and helped me back to the shop. It was not their fault, but they helped to fix the issue in a timely manner and I left a happy customer.

It was a good experience that was until I had to pay the bill. Oil change and oil filter for over $116.00 at that price I’m not going back there anymore. I’ll be going to Walmart or there are other options in Hurricane Utah that have good service but much better prices!!!

Best jiffy lube in southern Utah and McCoy has great customer service!

Jiffy Lube isn’t my normal shop for an oil change. I was overdue for a service and it worked out to stop here. They got me in and out in no time! They were friendly and transparent. They were a little pricier than I had hoped, but still a great overall experience.

Awesome dudes. They didn’t have my oil in stock so offered to do the oil change for free if I went and got the supplies from Walmart. Also checked my engine air filter in front of me and determined it didn’t need to be changed. Good folks
