Thomas was the manager onsite when I went this morning. I have been coming to the Jiffy Lube for about five years and this morning's experience with Thomas was absolutely hands-down the best experience I have had at this Shiffy Lube. I think he's incredible. He's from AZ. I hope the management team sees this review so they know they've got an amazing employee.

They were able to get my oil and filters changed so quickly! The staff for so friendly and efficient! The gal that helped me at the front desk was awesome!

The 116 S 850 E Jiffy Lube in Lehi has excellent service. Went for Emissions and got everything done quickly. The worker who greeted me when I pulled in was also the same who walked me out. He was very professional. The guy who took my payment was very friendly and asked before I paid if I had a coupon, which I did. However, most places never ask that. Thanks!

Stop by Lehi Mains jiffy lube for my regular oil change. When I was offered a spark plug replacement. At first I thought that they only needed to be replaced when the check engine light came on. The tech said it was based on a recommended mileage. Once the service was done I was taken back with the amount of knowledge he told me afterwards on the condition of the ones I had in my car. Thanks jiffy lube for having quality employees that know how to keep up with my preventive maintenance repairs! ( also thank you for opening all the doors that really took my breath away) little slow on service but I could tell that they were trying their best with the small staff they had. 11/10

This review is for service i received on 3-Jan-2026 at the Lehi, Utah Jiffy Lube. I found this location to be well managed. First, there was no wait when I showed up at 1:30pm which is always nice. Second, Ally was very clear in her helping me understand the status of my vehicle. Third, when I had some questions about some of the charges, Greg King assisted me and was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the difference between what I was expecting and the actual total, which all made sense after he explained it. Fast, patient, and competent service I would gladly pay for again.

Emissions test and registration was done under an hour even during a busy peak time, coupons (look them up!! There’s usually multiple options!!), and service were all great!

We always come here for oil changes. They do a good job. Their store is clean. Ally helped me out today, she was wonderful. I had a great customer experience.

This review is very late (2 years late) but I was staying in Utah for about 2 months before I had to relocate. I screwed up my van's rear brakes and did not release the emergency brake boot, which left me with no choice but to forcibly remove the new rotor and break the springs in the brake barrel. The spring was loose in there and it was being worn down by the wheel bearing, which would have led to further issues if I drove it any more than I did. I could hear the scratching noise as I drove it. Well I wasn't sure what to do and was very short on cash and time. I had to drive the van to Seattle in a couple days to get it shipped by boat. Brought my van to this location, Greg K, who I believe was the manager, was awesome. He ordered a new kit for the e-brake boot, had it there the next day and fixed it for me really quick and charged me next to nothing. He was awesome, and this is the best location I've ever been to. Thank you, Greg.

Great and quick service.

Friendly, professional, and quick service. Got emissions and an oil change done in about 15-20 minutes. They made sure to let me know what other issues need resolving but didn't push me to get it done same day. Would recommend.

The staff was super friendly and super fast and super informative. Read of the state and it was great to have them answer all our questions.

Came here from out of town to get a rock chip fixed in our windshield. There was a bit of a line but still got us outta there pretty fast. AJ was so kind &’ helpful &’ had great customer service! You can now barely see the chip in the windshield. We aren’t from here but we definitely recommend this jiffylube. ??

This is the best experience I have ever had at a Jiffy Lube. The full team worked well together and completed my service in 12.5 minutes, including showing me my dirty air and cabin filters! They were not high pressure to sell me extra services but kindly offered. Alli was very helpful when I called and she helped with the service. I will drive from Alpine again to this location. Really quick, friendly, and professional service! I was pleasantly surprised by their speed because they had a lot of cars in the bays already when I got there. Jacob was behind the counter and he did a great job taking me through everything. He was apologetic that I had to wait a few minutes but there was no need because they were fast getting me in and out. This is not my usual Jiffy Lube but I would go out of my way to come here again.

Jiffy Lube had us in and out in a jiffy this morning! There were a few cars ahead of us, but they still had our oil change done in good time. I love the courtesy services they provide too. I opened my van door and the floor was vacuumed! Of course the windshields were also clean too. And everyone was very polite.
