Great customer service. They made sure I didn’t get a service that wasn’t needed so I wasn’t charged for something that really didn’t need to be done.

Super fast, everyone is efficient, friendly and professional.

Despite it being a busy day, Hosea was clear in when I would be helped, was detailed and took extra time to explain a few concerns about my tire wear. He is knowledgeable and kind. Overall, the experience was very positive and I recommend this location for an oil change and tire rotation.

I stopped at the Jiffy Lube on Main Street in Logan for an oil change on my way to Bear Lake. Jackson and his manager, Jason, took excellent care of me! The oil change was fast and Jackson filled my windshield fluid reservoir. They checked everything under the hood and told me it was all good. (No upsell, which was nice!) Jackson and Jason were both very personal and friendly. I felt like a valued customer.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Oil change was quick and they noticed my coolant was low and topped it off without charge. Night and day experience compared to the North Logan location.

I forgot to ask her name, but your employee with the red hair that is typically at the other location is awesome, she was very personable. Service was fast and affordable with coupons.

They were very professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and that included my emissions as well as my oil change.

I had a great experience with Jason and his team of technicians. They were able to diagnose my A/C issue quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. While I waited, they offered complimentary water and free Wi-Fi, which made the experience even more comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs and plan to be a regular customer from now on!
