Great place to get an oil change. I was in and out of there in less than fifteen minutes. The group was really chill, efficient, and fast. I just stopped by to ask a question to see if I needed to make an appointment, but they just changed it right then and there. No appointment needed.

They were fast, professional, but also very understanding about my lack of knowledge.

Great customer service and was in and out before I knew it. Definitely the right place for your car.

Had and oil change done that was done in a timely manner and didnt cost as much as the brigham location did when I had same service and oil changed so if u dont want to pay more than u should then this location is ur betlst bet brigham location cost me 180 for synthetic blend wich it shouldn't of while logan full synthetic cost about 130 befor coupon and full synthetic usaly cost more wich makes u wounder

Great service.. can say enough good things about jiffy lube and there employees at this store. Jessica help me through most of it and she did an awesome job informing not being pushy and I can tell she is a hard worker.

I had an amazing experience here! For some context, I’m in my young 20s and a woman and I really don’t know a thing about cars. Jessica and Josh made me feel super comfortable and helped me through the process giving me good recommendations for my car and its needs. The staff was so friendly and helpful! They didn’t try to swindle me or pressure me into things I didn’t want. Not to mention how fast they were! I got an oil change, cabin air filter change, and all of my fluids checked and the price was super reasonable! This was definitely the most comfortable I’ve ever felt taking my car in anywhere and the most affordable!

They were great! I got an emissions test and no complaints on my part.

Fast service - it took 17 mins for us to have our oil changed, and there were two ppl in front of us. The manager came out and gave everyone the jiffy lube coupon QR code too, which was nice.

I was early so didn't have to wait in line - but was impressed with the workers questions, comments, etc.

I purchased tires from somewhere else telling me my lug nuts were swollen. When I came to Jiffy Lube they were able to install my tires with no problem, informing me the previous place used the wrong size of tool.

They were fast to explain what was wrong with my car and were incredibly kind!

Quick and friendly!

I couldn’t get my grease gun into the wheel well to lubricate my steering ball joints. I drove to Jiffy Lube and they took care of greasing my steering in a few minutes. They were so efficient and didn’t charge me. Will be back when I have a need.

I always come up on the weekends to help family out and when I come, I always save all my Jiffy Lube stuff if possible to do up here on Saturdays. I’d like to get there early so I usually get there 30 minutes early. When I first pulled up one of the employees came out to say hello and see what I was going to need done. I knew they didn’t open for another 30 minutes so I told him and then was willing to wait. When it was time they came out to my car in and was very quick and thorough. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube in Logan off of 1400 to anyone who is looking to have their car worked on

Ian Is the man! Ford Messed up an oil change And called Me back to tell me right when they were closing. I couldn’t go to Ford so I ran over to Jiffy Lube when they were closing as well. Ian And the staff were quick, patient, and fixed the issue and were very thorough. Very impressed with the customer service and care provided.

One of the better Jiffy lubes that I have been to. They had me in and out in no time.

Team was awesome but the names I will never forget are Wayne. So polite, Wayne was super knowledgeable with everything and was just on the spot for the entirety of my visit. The price was competitive to everywhere else. But if I go back there, ill go back there for him vs the price or products or anything. Thank you

Waited around 30min for an emission test. Costs around $35 now. They were working fast as they could. You can wait in their office meanwhile. good experience overall

I went there for an emissions inspection. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Every single person I talked to was very friendly and nice. I was probably there for under 15 minutes and was able to register my car there as well. Thank you!

It was cheaper than expected, but just was not given a wait time and took longer than I expected. 45min-1 hour for an emissions test. Granted it was a holiday which I had forgotten, but was hoping for quicker.
