The people were friendly and it was taken care of really quickly.

Very friendly upon arrival. Service was done quickly and technician kept me informed of what he was doing and things I might need to have done.

Originally my review was going to be 3 stars. I went for a emissions test back in January and the guy didn't tell me I failed, so I didn't know until I was a few blocks down the road. But Hunter made up for it - she seems like a good manager. Seems like they're always busy, but they are polite. I do miss other states where emissions and saftey inspection is capped at $22, but that's not Jiffy Lube's fault.

Fast friendly service

Perfect!

The service people were very professional. They worked fast and as a team. However, I looked at the receipt under complimentary services. The coolant was very low and they marked OK. I had the attendant look at it and he said, yes, its quite low. When I asked if they would fill it they said that it would be $10. The windshield was not cleaned, and the receipt said it was. Nor did they look at the windshield wipers and it was marked Ok. The attendant looked at them when I asked them to. The windshield washer fluid was not visible, so I asked the attendant if he would fill it, which he did. It only took a cup or so. So evidently they had put some in. They did check the tires which we appreciate. I know that these things are small, but it caused me to wonder what other things might they have slipped over? It might help if on the receipt the complimentary services would be separated from the services that need to be paid for and the ones that go along with the oil change. Thank you for your attention!

Was a Saturday so I wasnt able to get the full pre purchase inspection I really wanted. I stopped into Jiffy Lube and they thoroughly looked through everything that I asked about. And the best part, FREE. Very well deserved 5 star.

Very kind and was letting me know what was going on and figured out an oil filter was on way to tight and got it off. They truely went above and beyond

They made getting an oil change quick and easy. They let me know about other things that they noticed about my car, but didn’t pressure me into purchasing any other services.

Excellent and quick service. I’m especially grateful to be able to complete the entire annual registration process on site and not have to go to the county offices. A service I didn’t know existed. Great job!

I was impressed at how fast and easy it was to get my emissions tested and to renew my registration, plus I got a new registration sticker right there on the spot! They were quick and friendly!
