Great people hard workers im satisfied

Oil change cabin filter change and emissions inspection, I always go to the very first jiffy lube on 36th street in Ogden. Christian was super nice and helpful. I believe this location deserves a makeover due to it being the very first jiffy lube!

My son’s car broke down on a Sunday in Ogden and it was towed to Jiffy Lube. . Carter checked his car out and helped him assess if the car was drivable. He went above and beyond helping my son and calling us to communicate about what was going on as we live 9 hours away. His customer service was far and above of what we would have expected as he didn’t just do his job, he was compassionate about the situation my son was in and was willing to help in any way needed. We always use Jiffy Lube because of their service, and this was another example of how amazing they are. Thank you Carter!

If I could give more stars I would. This team at 36th street is amazing. The manager Christian is the most phenomenal person. I felt so seen and so taken care of by them. After running to different shops to get help I landed at this Jiffy Lube and it changed my life. He was informative and didn’t make me feel dumb or try to take advantage of me. Quite the opposite. He fixed my cars issue, was honest, and went above and beyond for me. They can’t possibly know how much their service and compassion has blessed my life. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Ps they need to make Christian the face of Jiffy Lube.

They were quick and super friendly. Got emissions tested and got it in under 30 minutes. Not too bad. They are in a bit of odd spot so never busy in afternoon.

I visited this location to get my emissions done. They promptly greeted me. Then they gave me a time frame of 30 to 45 minutes to complete the emissions. The gal that was running the show walked me to the waiting room. On the way, she pointed out where the water dispenser was and where the restrooms were. The waiting area is small yet comfortable and clean. They completed the work in the time frame they gave me. They also were able to help me register my vehicle online directly and gave me my sticker right there. The same gal that walked me to the waiting area, walked me to my car. All of the employees there were friendly, polite and very efficient. I really appreciated them all!
