First time have the state safety check and it was so convenient to get my DMV sticker in one place. I was out in 10 mins. Fantastic experience. service tech A Call was fantastic. He explained everything, even that I would have 2 charges on my card for state tag & inspection that he did. Marked safe for a year!??

They took care of my truck promptly and also included tire rotation for my fleet provided work truck.

I had an appointment for an oil change. They met me quickly at my car. They were polite and did a good job explaining everything they had checked. I was in and out in about 20 minutes

Fast service. The Jiffy Lune techs made this experience painless and it was a good value for the money.

I was ready to start traveling east to Indianapolis. Noticed that that the air valve of one of the rear tires was leaking. I brought my truck to Jiffy Lube and the technician welcome and ask what he can do for me. I explain the problem with the air valve and after checking it he recommended to replace with a better design to manage high pressure. I was walked to the waiting area and not even a half an hour later they bring back my truck at no charge for the new air valve! That's define excellent customer service!

I took a car in for an emissions test. I was impressed by the young man who helped me. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up. He was friendly, efficient, and finished the job in less time than I expected. I take all my cars there for emissions testing and will definitely continue to do so.

I was lucky enough to not wait for a long time but usually the wait air is longer than what I got today. Staff Especially Jacob was super friendly and waiting Area and the restroom were clean.

I had my oil changed and went out of town for a few days. The day before Thanksgiving I needed to grab grocery's. When I came home I noticed a big oil spot on my garage floor. I called and Mike came right to my home to check it out. Come to find out, there was probably a spill and was dripping down making it look like the filter wasn't on tight. He cleaned it up including my garage floor. He was very professional and kind. I would recommend this particular jiffy lube. This is a man that truly cared. I give Mike a????????????
