Great experience! I came in for an emissions test and asked about a noise I was hearing while driving. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They completed my emissions test quickly, explained everything along the way, and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I’d definitely come back.

Good service and very professional

The guys were great. I was stranded at Big O who closed early on July 3rd with a flat tire. They helped me get a new tire for a great price and it only took 35 minutes

Went in for an emmissions test and to renew my registration. The emissions test was great, the service was very friendly, the wait time was reasonable. They were out of the month I needed and friendly suggested I go to the DMV. Though that is the correct thing to do in most cases but I feel they could have suggested I go to a different Jiffy Lube location to complete my renewal given that DMV was closed for the holiday weekend.

Been going to same Jiffy Lube for years. Service is good. Waiting room is comfortable. In and out in less than an hour.

Thank you for taking care flushing our brakes. I feel that this was a safety concern and that the new brake fluid does seem to have resolved the sluggish brakes and pedal intermittently going from soft to the floor and then hard to stop within 6 feet or less from barely moving. The brakes act like they are new and they are new.

I did not have an appointment to get my registration done and the guy outside said they could get me in and they had me in and out within 10 minutes and they was pretty busy and the young man that was at the counter was very nice. Will go back there for all my vehicle needs.
