Somebody give Kiki a raise! As someone is does not speak the language of cars, it was a great comfort to have kiki there translate for me. Spencer, jesse, and miguel were also very friendly and professional. You have a great team here.

I was lazy to do my oil change, lol. Brought in a silver Ford mustang. Didn’t catch the name of the guys on the bays or the blonde haired woman up at the front. But Everyone was super chill. Knowledgeable. I’ve been Hearing them explain to the customers before me on why they needed things done on their cars. Freaking great experience . 5/5 stars for this awesome team ??

Who hasn't had that feeling when you see some engine light pop on in your car?! My coolant light came on this morning and I was anxious about driving 33 miles to work. I stopped into the Orem station and Matt and Mark were freaking fabulous?? they took the time to explain how the lights work and what they mean and when it's critical is how much time do I really have. They also told me they do brakes and other things as well...and EV system checks too! This location earned my trust today.

It was an oil change and a check on a few other items. (Including shocks and struts and suspension) It was a great experience. We were in and out in a short time and I felt like I got honest answers on my suspension needs. They didn’t pressure me to act on it. I appreciated that and will go back when I have time to get the needed work done.

If I could, I’d rate higher than five stars. Because an hour and a half left in their day, I needed to get my brakes fixed. They worked with me, ordered rotors and pads, and even stayed late to get it completed, and really took care of me. This crew is the best!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed and a brake pad replaced in Orem. Jose Alonso was my cashier and he was exceptionally helpful and kind. Everything was quick, professional, and smooth. Great team here!

On the way to graduation got a rock chip. Brought it in here and they were kind of busy but they squeezed us in quick. Five stars will come back.

Got my emissions test and registration renewal. They did great, I just never got a call when it was finished and had to check in myself pretty soon to close. Not a huge issue but just curious why they collect the phone number to notify. Crew was super friendly and helpful.

These guys were quick, most of all worth every penny. Great service and hardly a wait to go with it

I normally call ahead when deciding which jiffy lube to run to.. they had no wait around lunchtime last Monday. I was in and out so quick. I had to get my windshield repair from a rock chip (boohoo:() however, they seemed to do a great job and I saved a bit from going to an auto glass shop. So wahoo! Thanks jiffy lube pals!

I had to get my oil changed, and the staff were so friendly and respectful. I was having issues with my car stalling, and when I left Jiffy Lube, my car broke down. The manager Brodie, was so understanding, and even drove down the street to look at my car. He made sure I back to the shop okay. My car is a piece of crap, and I really appreciate them for helping a girl in need.10/10 would recommend! Definitely coming back! Thank you guys!!!
