I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube doing my on-the-spot registration renewal. The team was incredibly kind, efficient, and genuinely went the extra mile in several ways to make sure everything was taken care of. It was quick, seamless, and so appreciated. Very grateful for such great service.

Brad was seriously so nice, I’m not great at understanding car terms but he guided me through and was very kind!! Definitely coming back!!

The service was fast and thorough. My tech found a problem that i wasn't aware of (missing cabin air filter) and found me a coupon to reduce the price. Overall, a great experience.

David, he is a worker at Jiffy lube, he was so respectful, and professional. If you don’t speak English, he can speak Spanish which is amazing. I highly recommend this location.

The staff was friendly and professional, greeting me as soon as I pulled in and explaining the process clearly. The facility was clean, and the waiting area was comfortable with free Wi-Fi, making the wait pleasant. All in all, Jiffy Lube delivered reliable service, and I’d return for future maintenance needs.

AMAZING service. Took my car in for an oil change and they were super friendly. After I left my left windshield wiper stopped working. I came back the next day and they tightened the bolt and fixed it no problem!

Great experience! I came in shortly before close for a free vehicle inspection expecting to be turned away. I couldn’t be more happy with service! Brad and his team really took care of me and helped me a lot with purchasing my new vehicle. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for several years, but this is the first location that has earned their rating every step of the way. The moment I drove in the drive way until I drove away friendly and welcoming doesn’t cut it. So, if you are in the south Provo area and need your car worked on take them to the best place I have found.

Give these guys your business! Out of the three JiffyLubes I’ve been to, this location is the best. Nice clean lobby to wait in while your car gets serviced. I came in with a Heating/AC issue where the vents weren’t blowing air. They told me that they topped off the coolant and cleaned the filter the best they could, and when I asked for the price, they said it was free. There was no standing in front of the TV screen while they told me every issue with my car that they wanted to fix. You won’t regret stopping by here. ??

You can get your emissions test done here AND they provide you with your registration sticker! You don’t have to go to the DMV to renew your license plate stickers.

I've been going here for a while. They're super kind, communicative, and helpful. Worst part is the strange parking lot.

I brought my car back after a recent oil change to try to find out what was wrong with my radiator. They had installed a new cap, and I wondered if it was the wrong one. They checked out my vehicle for free, and let me know I had a fatal leak in or near the engine. I really appreciate their help, which allowed me to make the tough choice and junk my vehicle instead of wasting money trying to fix it.
