Updated 8/13/26 Under new management and a wonderful experience! The manager talked to me personally and asked if there was anything he could do to make my experience better and I mentioned that my car has leaked oil ever since I got the oil changed there. He told me to bring it in and he'd personally look at it so I did and he was able to fix the leak. The sales people were informative but not pushy. Avoid this Jiffy Lube. I went 3 times because of some certificates I had and every time was not ideal. After my first visit my car began leaking oil and it never did before. Came back told them. They did something but it still leaks. Second visit I was told my back brakes need to be replaced. They were very worn. I'm not going to get my brakes replaced at an oil change place so I took it to my regular mechanic who told me my back brakes look brand new. Who would you believe? Third visit and last one. Employee goes over all the 18 point inspection and tells me all my lights are working when I know the passenger brake light is out. Did they even check?

My expectations for Jiffy Lube were low going in as I ran auto shops for many years but am too old now to crawl around on the ground changing my own oil. These guys in Riverdale provided a pleasant surprise. Not pushy about the up-sells, decent waiting area and very polite/professional. Xavier knocked it out of the park not recommending things I didn't need (which I knew) and being a decent guy all around. Go there. They're good dudes and dudettes.

They did a great job, and took good care of my car.

The assistant manager at this location is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She helped me get the service I needed and was able to explain to me what was going on with my car in clear easy language. She had me in and out in less than 40 minutes for an entire oil flush and refill. This lady is super awesome and runs the place efficiently!

So respectful and nice. I went to the Jiffy Lube on 36th street and they were so so creepy but the guys at this one were nice and not creeps.

The team was great to work with, as soon as i arrived they greeted me and walked me through what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. very professional.

These guys got 4 of my cars in and out for emissions inspection quickly and painlessly. They give your car a health check during the process which even for a backyard mechanic like myself is helpful. Let’s me know if any maintenance items are due soon, past due etc. Saves me from having to crawl around all my cars to check every wear item when life gets busy. I recommend these guys for inspections, haven’t used them for any other services so I can’t comment there.

I needed to get emissions done for my car and stopped into this Jiffy Lube. I was promptly greeted by a very friendly employee. I wish I had taken down names. I was so impressed with every one of their employees. There wasn't a wait, so I timed it perfect. They got my car right in and the young man took me inside to get my information into their computer. After about 10 minutes a gal ( I think she was the manager) came in to try to sell me an air filter. It obviously needed to be changed. It was very dirty. However i know my husband can do it. I told her I didn't want them to change it. There was no pressure or push back. I loved that so much. That is probably the number one reason why I hate going into these kind of places. She wasn't pushy at all and I really appreciated it and recognized it. The same gal helped me do on the spot renewal. I paid my bill. And they pulled my car out. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was very impressed with all the young people working here. They were very professional. They seemed to know their jobs. And they really seemed like they enjoy their work. Great job! I'll be back for sure. Thank you for making a tedious task easy for me today.
