Went here to get my emissions done, and to get an oil change. They were super fast and John was super helpful and positive the whole time. I would suggest this location to others. I will be coming back to this location.

Service was phenomenal! I went in because my tail light basically exploded (I didn’t know). On the first day, they tried every single light to try fix it before realizing the socket was too damaged, didn’t charge me anything. Then when I came back with the new tail light, they replaced it so quick I didn’t even have time to pull out my laptop for work. Then they charged me anything absolutely fair amount. 5/5 stars. JC helped me with entire process and was absolutely fantastic! He remembered my car and me (despite a couple weeks passing) when I had called to schedule and I feel like you don’t get that kind of customer service anymore these days! The whole staff was fantastic and helpful!

Nicholas should earn Manager of the Year. I came for Emissions and Registration, I happily left 20 min later. I watched Nicholas make conversation with everyone, take care of all their needs, and held the door open for each and every customer when they left. This will be my new regular shop to go to, thanks.

I’ve had really good experiences at this Jiffy Lube location and today was a good experience as well, but I waited for over an hour for my inspection to be completed. 3 people that came in after me for what appeared to be the same reason were checked out after me. I watched as my car sat in the new bays’ parking lot for at least 15 minutes before they called me. And I would have said something but I didn’t want to complain and be a bother. JC was great and explained things so nicely, but I felt like having my car moved to the new bay area really slowed down things for my car, everyone in the old bays were in and out quickly. It was frustrating for sure.

Oil change service was completed quick and everything was handled professionally. JC and his team worked very fast while still making sure the job was done right. Definitely will come back again
