Quick and decent service

Went here for an emissions test at opening and was in and out in 15 minutes! Paid $41 with an online coupon

Connor was so very kind! He explained everything in great detail to my Mother and me and didn't get irritated by all of our questions. Jiffy Jube, you found yourselves an Ace employee in Connor at the Sugarhouse location on 2100 South!! Thanks Connor!!

Went to get emissions and Register my car. Usually price the state asks for. Quick and efficient. I stayed in the resting area, and felt safe. I went in the evening, and didn’t have to wait too long.

They are open on Sunday, yay! The staff (Escoban) gave friendly and quick service.

I love this place. I come every 6 months for maintenance and theyre always great. Fast service with a smile. Cooper in particular helps me every time and is wonderful. He tells me what I need and never tries to upset me what I don't 10/10 would recommend

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my emissions and registration. The person helping me was incredible and SO fast. Best auto service ever.

Made a 12 hour drive from WA state and developed a small front end vibration in my brakes. Cooper got me in 15 minutes after I placed the call. Thought I needed brakes the honest man he is did a full brake inspection and made the call. He said no pads needed but lubricated up the slides on the calipers. Honesty goes a long way in the automotive world. Definitely will be returning for all services needed. Thank you Cooper

I come here for all my car needs and I love that everything is always conveyed to me upfront- cost, what’s being done, etc. I came in for my ac not working and was stressed about possibilities, but the employees made me feel at ease and the recharge worked! Also was super quickly done and I appreciate the discount coupons often available. The staff seem friendly and happy to be there too- nice culture

This location is always super fast and helpful! Very transparent pricing and services and just an easy convenient place to go for oil changes, emissions and registration, etc...

Great experience. I was only waiting for a little over 5 minutes before they were done. The staff at this location were perfect. The lady who was handling customers was very efficient and went over all of the problems that they could fix without being pushy at all, unlike some other locations.

I’ll be coming back to this location for my next service.

I have been going to this location for years. Last summer, I needed an expensive repair. They ordered it quickly, kept my vehicle safe overnight and gave me a large discount. They're so patient, friendly and courteous. The building is well-kept. God bless them.

Great service for oil change, smog test, and new registration. Plenty of conspiracy theory nut job magazines to keep you entertained while you wait.

These guys are top notch mechanics not just oil changers. I had an EVAP code and was expecting a solenoid valve replacement ($150+). They had it fixed for $50. They know what they're doing and won't rip you off. Oil/filter change was like NASCAR with a cleaning.

Everybody working here, has always made it a point to go above and beyond helping me multiple times and I pay attention to how they talk to their other guests and they’re so wonderful and I’ve been going to Jiffy, Lube since 1999 but these guys especially the Manager, Asst Manager and multiple technicians. To include the people working on the shift when I locked my keys in my truck while it was running. I was due for an oil change and I ran over to Jiffy Lube to tell them I had no coat. And I wound up, leaving with my car getting unlocked by the service people for my insurance. And Jiffy Lube, taking care of me all the rest of the way They really helped me out. They also changed my oil that night and I’m taking my truck in TODAY to get my emissions/safety/registration and all that good stuff done by them again. I really love this Location, with the construction. It IS worth it to STILL go to the these awesome humans in SugarHouse SLC

Pulled me in quick on Saturday morning for a registration renewal and oil change. Professional and fast.

My tech, Ray Ray, was kind, attentive, and just a super cool dude. He walked me through my emissions test and the odd troubles we had during the process. Dude is seriously knowledgeable and knows how to take care of the customer. His confidence and honesty are things you just can't train. Jiffy Lube management - give the dude a raise and whatever he needs to keep setting your shop apart.

Service is usually pretty good. They pinched the gasket on my air filter last time I was in there, I had to replace it.

Fast and efficient. They have a free oil change for veterans on veterans day.

They were awesome I had ran over a nail and they were able to get me in quickly helped me. Cooper was awesome there was a gal there who didn't know how to check her oil and he went out and showed her which I thought was awesome
