Micheal was really accommodating! In addition the team was Fast and Professional ! After being given an estimate for an hour wait I was pleasantly surprised to be told I’m all good to go after only 30minutes. Moreover after some friendly chatter and formal insight into something’s with Micheal I’m sure to come back and get some more service done.

Ive taken my vehicle here for a few years now. Always helpful and professional. Gave me options for additional services. Some I said yes to and most I said no to. Also glad they have a dry, comfortable and warm space for me to wait inside in.

Incredible service. Fast, beyond friendly, they were so patient with me while they were explaining aspects of my car and recommended fixes, very informational but not pushy at all. They are through and knowledgeable. Best and only Jiffy lube location I will go to. My family and I have been customers to THIS location for over 15 years if that says anything

Amazing service! Went in for an oil change and honestly felt like I was at a high-end dealership lol. Everyone there was extremely courteous and had great customer service skills. The service was quick and they quoted me a time frame correctly. Very impressed. Definitely stood out from the usual Jiffy Lube experience I’ve had elsewhere. Great job everyone!

The employees here always go above and beyond here. They are nice, informative, and get the job done. I was 2 years over due for front and rear differentials, Transfer case, my battery was dead, and my brakes are metal rubbing on metal. I came in 30 min before they closed. It was 105° outside. And, they Got everything done and went above and beyond with a smile. These are good people. More than happy and it’s why I always come back to them.

They are great! Got me in quick, gave me an automotive recommendation, taught me things and told me about coupons. Alanna was especially helpful.

We had to find a location to change all our oils of an old european Land Rover Defender. Jiffy Lube was the third shop we went to and finally, we were not declined. They could even fix our transfer case leak with a new sealing! All guys are super kind and friendly. They even pointed us to an online coupon which we could use. -->Best oil change of many on our hole trip from Ushuaia (Argentina) up to Alaska until Salt Lake City. Thanks to Oscar and the whole crew!!

Service was really fast(In n out in about 20 minutes for an oil change) and everyone was super nice. They even tidied up my car a bit, which it definitely needed.

They took the greatest car of my car and the anxiety I felt getting my car taken care of melted away when manger Styles helped me out he was very sweet

Man! I had such a great experience here. I often get my oil changed here and these folks are always great. However, the other day my car was having all kids of issues so I pulled into Jiffy Lube to get some advice. I chatted with Stiles. Not only was he super nice but he also took the time to help me look under the hood and fix all of the issues. I wasn't even getting my oil changed that day but Stiles treated me respect, a smile, and excellent customer service. He fixed and tightened a few things for me under the hood of my car and all my problems were fixed. He didn't charge me a dime and I was on my way! As someone who doesn't know a ton about cars, I was super grateful to Stiles for helping me. I will now do all my services here for the rest of time. If you can give him a raise, that would be great, too ;). Thanks again, Stiles!

These guys did a great job changing all the fluids in my 80s car. I appreciate how quick they were and the sales manager was a great communicator and explained everything thoroughly. I'll definitely be back.

I went here to renew my vehicle registration on the last day, with only a couple of hours left in the business day. It's a fast and easy process, plus you immediately get your sticker. People rotated in/out of the waiting room quickly and generally seemed pleased with the service received.

I LOVE this Jiffy Lube. I have been going to this Holladay location for two years now and think that the caliber of employee at this specific location is so high ! The humans that work here always take care of me; they’re efficient and so courteous. I highly recommend this location and commend the employees. Thank you for taking care of me!

They accidentally broke my Grill but it was old & brittle. They replaced it free of charge...had to order & wait a few days. Didn't vacuum my car like they usually do. It's a little thing...but it's nice. They did try to sell me a new cabin air filter & 1 other filter...it's always something.

I needed an emissions test for registration. They got me right in, tested, registered, and stickers in 15 minutes. Amazing! Highly recommend them.
