I had an experience today that, while frustrating, it could’ve been a lot worse if not for exceptional service, expertise and dedication to getting the job done right. I brought my Sienna into this Foothill Jiffylube for a routine oil change and they found a problem caused by the last service appt. They were upfront about the problem, managed expectations and when they realized the scope was greater than projected they offered ride share credits. Their diligence and effort got the job done quicker than expected and done right and they gave it to me free of charge for the hassle. A classy gesture and an incredible conclusion to what could’ve been a nightmare day. I’m going back in 5000 miles for sure.

I nip into this location a bit when my tire pressure sensor flips, it’s a convenient location when I’m heading to or from work on Foothill. The guys on the crew are always so friendly, helpful and professional. Much appreciated service!

This is the fastest service I've ever received for oil change etc. All of the employees were hustling and working hard. The lady who assisted me was outstanding but I forgot her name. I felt very taken care of

Quality service never had a problem

I wanted to take the time to write this amazing review for the foothill drive location in Salt Lake City Utah a tech named Hugo set me up with a great deal and helped me fix a my flat the tire was to the brim and hitting metal Hugo went above and beyond in his services and took excellent care of me and directed me to a great tire shop to get new wheels I’m truly grateful for this man you need to promote this guy immediately I felt like he did this not because he has to but because he knows what the other side of the table is like to be down and feel like there is no way you’ll get things fixed but there he was a knight in armor and really stepped up thank you Hugo and I hope you kick ass in life

I want to give a shoutout to Hugo at the Foothills location. I was having some concern about my oil pressure and he went above and beyond to check everything he could to make sure it was resolved. I’ve never had the personalized care from an auto shop that he provided. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. Thanks so much for making sure my Mustang was taken care of. Made my day.

So I came in for breaks, the quality kindness, and the education I received from Mike and Matthew was superb. Their crew is professional and kind. No matter what kind of car you have, they will take care of you well. 10/10 would recommend.

My father wouldn't allow us to take our cars anywhere else but here. He expected only the best. Now I drive 30 minutes to see Mike and his team at this location only! My Dad passed and we remain loyal to his advice and to the exceptional work this shop does for us. I trust them completely!!!

Great service, really work fast to get you in and out.

Came in to get my radiator flushed and the gentleman we very quick and efficient. I was only in there for 25 minutes! Mike has Ben the manager here for a long time and knows how to run his crew.

Easy and fast to renew your car licence

Mike was great I was having issues being able to renew my fathers 1995 dodge ram, my father has recently passed this year and I was working on getting the registration done for my Mom. Even though Mike wasn’t able to do the emissions for me due to some stupid new law, he was able to give direction of where to go to get the help I needed!! I really appreciate his kindness and will be back when I need anything else. Mike saved the day

Mike is THE BEST! All the folks at this location are really great! I won't take my truck anywhere else for oil, emissions, tires, and all other services they can do here. They continually impress me with their service, aptitude and kindness. I genuinely know that I can trust them and be well taken care of each time I visit. Great service and friendly people

I have been going here for 5 years now, and consistently the experience with customer service and quality of the work has been excellent. The people working there are always polite, even when the weather is not the greatest. Only thing I would recommend: get some fans or something in the changing bay for the workers! I feel guilty stepping into an A/C waiting area while these guys are working in such a hot environment in the summer.

This place is good. It's not the usual one-stop shop. There's a guy here who runs the show, who is always looking over, making sure things are happening the way they should. I trust this Jiffy Lube.

Shoutout to Ryan! He is super friendly, does an awesome job, and has a great attitude. I will get my car serviced at this location indefinitely simply because Ryan works there and provides an excellent experience every time I stop by.

Jiffy lube is always been my favorite place to get my oil changed because they pay such close attention to the things that they do. Foothill boulevard is an awesome place to change your oil they take real good care of you free coffee free hot chocolate and the store looks fantastic it's a good experience.

Got a huge bolt in my tire on the way home from the zoo on Thanksgiving Eve around 4.30 pm. With 4 tired kids in the car, I was worried about making it home and through the Thanksgiving weekend with a flat tire. I called this Jiffy Lube and they took us in that same evening even though they were pretty busy and we were on our merry way in about an hour and half.
