This location is the best. We have our entire fleet serviced there. This morning they did the emissions and registration on one of our vans and they were done and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. Danny and the crew are great!

We use Jiffy Lube for our fleet oil changes. I have only been to the 2000 E location twice, but they have been by far the nicest and most efficient staff I have ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly and they got me in and out quickly. I

Honestly I never really trusted jiffy after what I would hear about it and the jokes but these people helped me out when I needed it, I had a problem with my oil filter and I called the wrong store but even when I went to them they took the time and fixed my car, honestly gained trust and made me have confidence in them, they were great and I would honestly recommend them to anyone, Great Job Guys!

Probably been here 50 times over the last 20 years with all my cars. I don't recall ever having anything but great service and kind helpful staff. Recommend without hesitation.

Wow! What a great Jiffy Lube! Rhiannon, who was in charge of assisting me, was absolutely perfect for her job! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, apparently experienced, and very helpful. The entire team was efficient, worked well together, and seemed to do their job well. I left there feeling great about the work done to my car and the decisions we made together about what needed to be done or could wait.

I know there are a handful of Jiffy Lube locations close to me, but I’m really partial to this location. One, it is really close to me, and I have never had a bad experience here. Every person who works here is thorough and extremely professional and courteous. A+ experience! (To be fair, I have had great experiences at all other Jiffy Lubes, but this one is my favorite.)

Jared was THE SHIT!! I brought my car in for a free once over because it’s been making some funny noises recently and the attention to detail that went into this check was truly amazing. Not only did he take extra time and energy out of his day to trouble shoot with me for over an hour (near closing time!!) to truly try and piece together what was happening, he also let me come into the bay and explained and showed me what was most likely going on, how it would need to be fixed, what it would cost and the timeframe in which I should look into getting it done. On top of that he also made sure to point out a few other minor things that I should probably look into! It was such a great experience and everybody involved was super kind and welcoming but if you’re looking for somebody to make you feel seen and cared about even during a FREE inspection I 100% recommend seeking Jared out. I will absolutely be coming back.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years and have always been treated well. However, this time was an exceptional exception. I wish I could tell you his name. He has a handlebar mustache is all I can tell you. He provided the best customer service I have ever experienced - anywhere. I was treated with respect. My time was valued and he was very kind and extremely professional. Cant wait to have my oil changed again.

Jiffy lube on 33rd so 2000 e SLC ut 84106. Shout out to Danny and the master mechanic, Danny was so personable and polite answering my questions, he made the suggestion for my sister and I come up for an inspection on a fluid leak we were having on her car. Master mechanic is who I know him by and I apologize for not remembering his name, although I like calling him master mechanic. He found the leak and fixed it for us at a great price. We are very thankful for such an amazing crew.

Came in for a regular oil change. Staff was friendly and helpful. They explained their services and add-ons but weren't pushy about it. I especially appreciated that the person who helped me pointed out that the cabin air filter was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced yet, rather than just recommending a replacement by default. Cool team here.

I wanted to give a big shoutout to the employees working at this Jiffy Lube. I had a lot trouble getting the correct headlights for my car causing me to run back and forth between auto supply stores. Every time I came back to this Jiffy Lube, all staff were very welcoming and understanding of my situation. Craig helped me with my headlights and got me out within minutes. Couldn't be more thankful for such an outstanding crew!

Gave me a free fluids top off and didn't mess with my filter, which in the past rendered one of my cars totaled. I can't believe I'm giving five stars but the customer service for simple procedures was great. Your experience WILL differ depending on the location. Be cautious, and do your research on what they will be performing before blindly saying "fix my car", as overcharging and damage to vehicles have happened to me in the past at a different location.

Quick and great service for a reasonable cost. Dodge won’t even provide conventional oil anymore so I came here and paid half the price!

I came in without an appointment last week and they had my oil change and air filter change done in about 30 minutes. Great service, and very helpful employees. I told them I had some new headlamps for my car; they said let us install them for you. Their care, service, and over delivering on the experience are why I will drive from a county away to get my car taken care of there. Great job, thank you!

The staff at this Jiffy Lube are great. They have always been very kind, helpful, and are never trying to shove additional services down my throat. Will continue to come by here to get oil changes done.

The technician I worked with (Samuel) did an excellent job and was awesome to work with.

Went to this location for a rock chip repair and I have told several people already how delightful the employees were! Everyone was kind, patient, polite, and positive. This was both to customers and colleagues! I was really surprised and pleased that the happiest part of my day was at the jiffy lube! The rock chip was also excellently repaired. ??

I was highly impressed with the speed and accuracy that my car was attended to and my oil was changed. I was especially happy to see the young women taking over, since the guys didn't seem to want to work. They were great! No upcharges or upsells and I appreciate that as well. I will continue to go to this site. UPDATE: Came back today, in May of 2025, and was greeted by Cheyenne, who promptly got my vehicle in, checked it over, got my registration and emissions taken care of and found a fuse that she replaced instead of charging me for unneeded service. Yep, another of the women who work here. When you come to this location, pick the women, they are knowledgeable and outstanding. Yes, I actually tipped her as she was so good.

This was my first personal experience with jiffy lube and I have to say there's rather impressed. I watched the staff interactive interpersonally and their operation is run like a well-oiled engine. Spot checks for lights working properly front and back, the same for under the hood etc. it seems like every car goes through a 100 point visual inspection before they even start working on it so. It's good to see a number of female employees in a mostly male-dominated operation who seemingly get treated as equals. Very thorough and effective communication regarding what was done to the vehicle, a visual rundown of that checklist. Fair pricing. Very happy with this location. The only drawback is it's a little difficult to get to but that is not their fault because of all the construction going outside on 20th East so just as a recommendation if going to this location be heading East on 3300 South and you shouldn't have any problems.

If i could give 1000 stars I would. The folks that work here are phenomenal. ????????????
